What do you like best about VAIZ?

What stands out most about VAIZ is its usability. Compared to Jira, the interface is much more intuitive, and everyday workflows feel smoother and less mentally demanding.

The in-task experience is particularly strong — text input, comments, and documents are all well-integrated and work without friction. Integrations also add a lot of value: connection with Miro supports visual collaboration, while integration with Slack helps keep team communication aligned with tasks.

A notable advantage is the ability to connect AI tools like Claude or Cursor via VAIZ MCP. This enables direct interaction with the workspace — generating reports, requesting analytics, and even creating tasks — which significantly expands how the system can be used in practice. What do you dislike about VAIZ?

There’s very little to criticize - overall, the experience has been very positive and the product feels well thought out.

If anything, one feature that would significantly improve workflows is the ability to perform bulk actions on tasks (e.g., updating multiple tasks at once). That would make managing larger task sets more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VAIZ solving and how is that benefiting you?

VAIZ solves the problem of overly complex and fragmented task management that we previously experienced with tools like Jira. It simplifies everyday workflows, making task tracking, collaboration, and documentation much more straightforward and less time-consuming.

For us, the main benefit is reduced friction in daily operations — the team spends less time navigating the tool and more time actually working on tasks. Features like integrated comments, documents, and smooth text input keep everything in one place, which improves clarity and communication.

Additionally, integrations with Slack and Miro help connect discussions and visual planning directly with execution. The ability to use AI tools like Claude or Cursor via MCP further enhances productivity by allowing us to generate reports, analyze data, and create tasks directly from our workspace. What do you like best about VAIZ?

Vaiz just felt less overwhelming its clean and simple, and switching between kanban and list doesn't feel like a different product. Also the fact that it's free for up to 10 users meant we could onboard the whole team without a budget conversation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VAIZ?

I mostly have to use it on desktop, which isn't ideal when I'm away from my desk. Also the native integrations are limited, so we had to set a few things up through Zapier and if you're a larger company that needs SSO or more granular permissions, it's not there yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
