We’re a distributed team of ten across development, design, and QA. Vaiz is simple and flexible enough for everyone to track work their own way. Our developers connected their agents through MCP, so they can access project context and update tasks without leaving the tools they already use. They’re happy with the setup, and I still get a clear view of the whole project.

Integrations with Slack, Google Workspace, and GitHub helped Vaiz become the shared workspace for building our AI product. We were migrating from several project management tools, so bringing everything together wasn’t trivial. The support team met with us a few times and helped us complete the move in about a week. I really like VAIZ for its customizable task-board layout and straightforward file-attachment functionality. Being able to set up separate boards for each contractor’s construction project and tagging lumber-delivery milestones and supplier contracts directly onto relevant tasks is super handy. Our warehouse and field sales teams can quickly access critical job details without having to dig through long email chains, which is a huge time saver. VAIZ falls short on inventory-related capabilities for Pine Ridge Supply Co’s building-materials operations. It cannot pull real-time stock data for lumber and hardware, so we have no way to cross-check inventory levels directly within project boards. Its native integrations are limited, forcing manual exports to sync order details with our logistics vendors. Mobile performance is spotty for our field sales staff accessing tasks on-site. With no in-house IT support, troubleshooting glitches lands on our small team, eating into time we should spend managing tight construction delivery deadlines for our contractor clients. The pre-defined templates, task management capabilities, document management, and collaboration features help improve team productivity and day-to-day work organization.

This is not really something I dislike, but based on using the feedback, wanted to suggest few improvements which can enhance this product further -

1) On the Home Dashboard, it would be more useful if the "Tasks assigned to me" widget displayed only open tasks by default instead of including completed tasks. As a future enhancement, allowing users to customize the widget (for example, Open, All, or Completed tasks) based on their preference would provide greater flexibility.

2) Providing an option to reorder custom fields within a board would improve usability, as fields currently appear only in the order they are created.

3) Introducing a Defect Management board template with commonly used defect tracking fields and workflow would be beneficial for QA and testing teams. Right now we can use existing boards and add custom fields as needed for QA as a workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like VAIZ's intuitive interface, which makes navigating and managing my work simple and straightforward. We use Vaiz at Persolute.ai to manage dozens of different AI projects for our clients, each with its own documentation, customized Kanban boards, and configurable parameters. For us, Vaiz feels like something bigger and more flexible than Trello, while still remaining easy to use. Some features we requested last year have not been implemented yet. For example, we still need more detailed permission levels, such as separate edit access for specific points or cards per user. I like that VAIZ is a convenient system where all necessary documents are stored in one place and organized neatly, ensuring quick access. It's especially nice that it's free, which suits our young company. I also appreciate the availability of integrations and the ability to share documents with the team, which makes management simple. The ability to use VAIZ for creating a CRM is also convenient. The startup's potential and growth are pleasing, as I plan to continue using VAIZ as the number of documents in my company increases. It seems to me that there is a slight tendency towards interface overload, not everyone needs dashboards. I would probably add a function to remove unnecessary windows, hide them. Because it seems to me, the simpler, the better. Although dashboards help with a large volume of tasks, personally, they haven't been of much use to me yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What stands out most about VAIZ is its usability. Compared to Jira, the interface is much more intuitive, and everyday workflows feel smoother and less mentally demanding.

The in-task experience is particularly strong — text input, comments, and documents are all well-integrated and work without friction. Integrations also add a lot of value: connection with Miro supports visual collaboration, while integration with Slack helps keep team communication aligned with tasks.

A notable advantage is the ability to connect AI tools like Claude or Cursor via VAIZ MCP. This enables direct interaction with the workspace — generating reports, requesting analytics, and even creating tasks — which significantly expands how the system can be used in practice. There’s very little to criticize - overall, the experience has been very positive and the product feels well thought out.

If anything, one feature that would significantly improve workflows is the ability to perform bulk actions on tasks (e.g., updating multiple tasks at once). That would make managing larger task sets more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vaiz has streamlined how our team handles compliance and development tracking. What stands out most is the MCP connection support — being able to query and sync Vaiz tickets from within our connected tools has eliminated much of the manual back-and-forth. That makes it far easier to keep cross-functional issues (compliance, engineering, ops) visible without switching between apps. Vaiz is much more than a task management tool

I mostly have to use it on desktop, which isn't ideal when I'm away from my desk. Also the native integrations are limited, so we had to set a few things up through Zapier and if you're a larger company that needs SSO or more granular permissions, it's not there yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
