Very easy way of finding prospects and skip the time consuming part of finding the "right" leads. The sales team will have a much more efficient work!

Barely nothing to complain about to be honest.. Easy, smooth and time efficient tool that all sales companies should invest in to close more and "right" deals!

To spend the time on right companies and to be able to reach out to prospects when the timing is right. And also an easy way to find a nice reason to speak to your prospects with the news data.

The possibility to filter on different data points such as company size, geopgraphy, tech stack etc. Also, they have some cool things going on which will help us to improve data quality in our CRM.

Nothing really, but would have been nice to be able to easier find relevant decision makers for each account.

Some minor features missing - these are minor and are only nice to havs

We are able to get up to date insights into the nordics. No other platform provdes this level of in depth information for these markets.

We are able to better target prospects, and have more ammuniation in our pockets when speaking with them

In the beginning it requires quite a lot of time to understand how Vainu works and how to create alerts and own lists

Vainu can make your prospecting much easier and less time consuming. You can use the time saved to close new deals!

Vainu helps me to find new customers and I don't need to use time to search the prospects. I also find it very useful  that Vainu shows the company's turnover and highest decision makers which in turn makes it easy to screen  the valid prospects.

Get to see companies' financial statements.

**What do you dislike about Vainu?**

The financial statements are not fully visible. In some companies, the financial statements are very limited. 
Search functions should be such that Excel results would provide more extensive information, for example, the size of accounts receivable, equity ratio, cash and bank receivables, etc. 
Currently, only revenue and other relatively useless information for me are visible. 
This was at least the info I received when I last conducted a search.

I look at companies' financial information, responsible persons, etc. In other words, I try to get an overview of the company's financial position.

**What do you like best about Vainu?**

Segmentation is easy and logical. Importing your own lists, for example, based solely on the domain, is a good thing. Good experiences with customer service chat.

**What do you dislike about Vainu?**

Vainu for CRM was not yet nearly the experience it was hyped up to be. Additionally, our contact person has changed several times, causing confusion in communication and in the general quality of service. Vainu may not be optimal for a company in mass business but seems to be more of a "fancy and feel-good" software for a slightly smaller company. For example, the mass transfer between Vainu and Salesforce has long been "in the works," and its absence significantly slows down and complicates my work. Additionally, not all filters simply provide the correct data.

Since Corona situation started it has been quite slow and some "hick ups". The business field we are working is maintance, industrial so it is difficult to find right contact persons and right signals. It is missing foreign company info.

How  much is company revenue, signals, address details and location details. Integration to HubSpot.

Lots of information available, and it is updated. Excellent tool for sales! Very easy to use and helpful personnel. Extra tools are great, for example sales activity spreadsheet.

I quickly find a lot of information about companies and entities with little effort at once. When you learn to recognize things, it's convenient to use even in a hurry.

The price is quite steep for a small business, and it would be good to get address lists larger than 200 at a time.

Vainu is a great Company prospecting tool, especially when used with CRM integration such as Salesforce as it allows to import the Company by one click of a button. However, it falls short on lead generation as you will have to search for relevant people elsewhere. Superb support!

**What do you dislike about Vainu?**

No ability to generate leads on a level of a person. No bulk import of accounts to CRM.

Importing accounts to Salesforce is as easy as one click. Useful buying signals.

I have one occation when using multiple filters I got wrong results but there was no indication of the fault so I might have believed the data if not careful

Very good and easy to use tool that is now linked to our CRM and helps in our saleswork, especially prospecting but also getting information on existing clients that we work with.
All information that is important is available in "one place" and we save a lot of time searching for info.

The news and updates that Vainu looks for on various sites and news can vary a bit in quality. Some information does never come up and some noise overloads the mails we get weekly/or daily.

It is useful for finding out prospects that could use our service. Companies that are hiring a lot, that uses recuruitment systems with integration capabilities can easily be found with Vainu's filters for example.

Does not reveal the cultural differences in foreign markets, hard to know how do the numbers relate to your own countries policies.

Sometimes the loading times of the target lists are quite long. Mobile view doesn't work for me.

It is great for prospecting, good layout for just checking a company. The absolute best thing are the filters for different types of list.

Not much really, I wish there were like a Homepage where you could easilly can see your different lists and/or a button for "Start looking for companies here" or something like that!

Lot of creative ways to use Vainu for sales. Both inbound and outbound work.

It's a tricky software, and need help in the onboarding to get the full value.

We were almost dropping from using Vainu, due to the fact that we didn't feel getting enough value. But with the help of Pirkko & VIlle, we felt that we got back in the game and signed the deal for Vainu 2020. Looking forward to get it in full use

Downloads to excel do not work. I have to move data to our CRM manually.

**What do you like best about Vainu?**

I am selling in a new market, and I don't have the luxury of time to research the best prospects for me by researching 20 different websites. Vainu makes it easy for me to put in the criteria of the companies that could really use my company's product. The search fields allow me to be very creative and specific with who I am targeting. Then I just import them seamlessly into my CRM and I am ready to go!

**What do you dislike about Vainu?**

I still have to use other websites and resources to find emails & phone numbers... so the prospecting after upload from Vainu isn't a one & done prospect creation workflow.

**Recommendations to others considering Vainu:**

If you are selling in a market outside of the U.S. and have a customer profile or verticals that you have success with, but don't know where to start - use Vainu. It is great for customer acquisition company data and also keeping tabs on your current customers so you can be knowledgable about all major updates.

**What problems is Vainu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves time - Saves me hours that I would have otherwise spent on identifying companies that are a good fit for our B2B offering. I also can use a 1-click import versus having to manually input information into my CRM.
Business intelligence - Being an American who relied on Linkedin for all prospecting, it was shocking to see many companies in other international markets do not have a Linkedin company page, nor do many of their employees have a profile. That is why I am happy to understand the metrics and basics at a high level from Vainu. If the company looks like they have 4 people who work there on Linkedin, but Vainu tells you it is 36, Vainu is right.

The best thing is the reports that we've set up. Daily/weekly we can get updates of what's happening on the market. Since we work with all of Sweden and with travels, it makes us almost relevant to all company's in Vainu.

I'm pretty impatient and it does take a little while to get the right settings to get the right reports. There's still a lot of article's that are not relevant.

We take away a lot of unnecessary foot work that needed to be done before. We can act a lot quicker and increase our revenues and market share.

With Vainu, we find companies that would normally were fallen through our previous system of prospecting. Due to the very extensive filter possibilities, we are capable in very short notice, to create good prospecting lists for our sales team.

Sometimes the news updates are not that actual, but I guess that has more to do with my filters..

That you can't export e-mail addresses to your target accounts.

If you're buying addresses or company information today, compare how many withdrawals you can do before you have paid more for those than for the entire Vainu solution.

So easy to see how many locations the company has.
I can see if the company has bought some equipment and then speak with customer about it. 
Customer get a feeling, that I have done my home work about them and I´m interested to work with them.

I can search any segment what I like and really easy to use. 
Even if you are a little bit older.

Chat is working fast enough.

**What do you dislike about Vainu?**

I don´t like the pricing from Vainu. There is (so far) no fee to single user.
If Vainu`s customer is a small company with just one sales person, ylu still have buy a license for a group of persons.
Ocasionally there is wrong phonenumbers to companys

**What problems is Vainu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to find new customers and preparation to the customer visits.
It is a fast way to see everything importand before I visit the customer.
If I`m contacting new customer prospects, it is so far the best software to cut irrelevant prospects away from the calling list.

The website is easy to use and it contains a lot of good information about our prospects. Vainu is a great compliment in our sales process. My favourite feature is the search-engine, it is very easy to use and spares a lot of time.
