Pros: Add-free Video

1. Simple - It is not hard to figure out and produce video right away. Clean interface and layout.

Cons: Navigation

1. You can’t edit videos in the online app. OOF! So, better pre-edit everything and upload.

2. No custom overlays or custom buttons. (Does have CTA)

3. There is no undo on the trim feature, and you can only trim the back end even though the dialog shows a front-end time field. (Chrome Extension only)

4. Navigation has way too much back-and-forth motion. (Small thing, but highly annoying after a while of it)

5. No settings for video/audio controls for which camera, mic, and size. (Only the Chrome Extension lets you change cameras and mics currently)

6. Limited text color on the landing page creator

7. I recorded through the Chrome Extension, uploaded the video, and renamed it, but the video disappeared.

It is a good value and provides most of the basic features businesses would need for video hosting. It can record your videos in addition to just uploading them to the host. It has pretty good security/encryption options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides less analytics than the more expensive tools. It takes up more space per video than other tools because it creates the videos in multiple resolutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that they offer Unlimited Bandwidth, and I hope it is valid forever. The streaming speed is fast, HLS encryption helps protect video from downloading using IDM. The only thing I didn't like was the way YouTube video import works, it's the same as the original YouTube player, it doesn't make sense to me and I hope Ankur will re-evaluate how this import works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bought this on Appsumo, and it's a steal for what you get. First, the player doesn't slow down your website, and you can embed videos on any website including Wordpress. It has encryption to help protect your videos, and there are no issues with the video speed. You can brand it to match your company's colors, logo etc. Their support is great, even the founder helps out with customer issues. They have a Facebook group as well where customers can share their best practices and bounce ideas off each other. No bandwidth limits is fantastic, too, some other companies charge by bandwidth and this makes your monthly costs clearer with no unexpected surprises. It's really easy to use, no complicated menus. I can see that once I start doing more and more videos, there will be a problem with a large single list of projects. It would be nice to be able to categorize videos in folders or tag them at least. I'd prefer folders to tags. Adding a CTA has been difficult for some but I haven't tested this yet so this is on my todo list. With all the bells and whistles that you pay a lot on other video hosting, you get it in VadooTV at a very reasonable price. Vadoo is a viable option for my needs as a Vimeo Pro user, I was excited to jump in on the AppSumo deal and "MAX STACK" twice (License Tier 5).. I would have appreciated more than 1.5 TB storage with a License Tier 5 purchase which was the max allowed. Since this was LTD, I decided to double my support to the Vadoo Team and max stack again to get more space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not having a tech background we were interested in a platform that was easy to use and made the process of embedding and sharing simple. VadooTV achieved that. I have been using Vadootv Player for a month. It's been working great so far. In my opinion, Vadootv Player is currently the best solution available on the market in terms of price/quality. Considering what the developers are up to, this tool will be even better.
