The Microsoft Teams integration is very useful for notifications. It's also easy to add and remove users. Customer support is very responsive and understands what is being asked. **What do you dislike about Vacation Tracker?** With 2-level approval, an adminstrator cannot see leave pending requests after the first level of approval, but before the second level of approval resulting in some leave requests expiring. In addition to visibility, there should be a notification to the administrator if leave requests expire. Scheduled reports cannot be customized. Also, there should be an option to pro-rate remaining annual leaves for users after their probation period. **What problems is Vacation Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vacation Tracker is giving us a platform to track and approve time off and holidays with our global team that we cannot do with our timesheet software.
