**What do you like best about Vacation Rental Desk?**

We recently started using it, after investigating the online options for renting our property, and the truth among the things we like the most is the availability of an intuitive calendar, online booking administration, automated emails for guests, easy integration with social networks and reporting tools, which are very helpful with accounting and tax returns, keeping us up to date with everything. As everything is processed online, from my cell phone or from the laptop anywhere, I can access the application and manage my property. Another point in favor is that it does not charge service fees for reservations, only the monthly hosting rate and the processing fee for the credit card.

**What do you dislike about Vacation Rental Desk?**

It is difficult to point out a negative point, since it is one of the favorite applications of the host users, because of the multiple options it offers, facilitating the work of rentals, especially for tenants that like me, are dedicated to other things.

I highly recommend it to those who are engaged in vacation rentals, as it greatly facilitates the work, shortening the time to handle the application, it is very easy to manage and the best thing is that reservations begin to arrive efficiently.
