Trying to speak to these people on the phone about anything is infuriating and the process for trying to defend against fraud is ridiculous. EVERY single time we have to call in to handle everything is a nightmare as the staff is never able to help at all and they keep us on the phone for a minnimum of an hour with no resolution every time. I would rather stick a needle in my eye than to have to deal with the staff here. I always thought my wife was over exaggerating the experience but it has happened to me 3 times as well. Then when you get a chargeback and then the guest figures out it was a legitimate charge trying to get your money is a nightmare and you cannot even contact that department.

They do absolutely nothing to help you on chargebacks even when you provide recordings from the front desk staff verifying that they got their drivers license and credit card of people still claim fraud on their credit card. Now they're holding two weeks of our money based on chargebacks that are complete BS and it's just people trying to get around their cancellation policy and they did nothing to help you out. We send them multiple emails of the gas confirming their stays plus we ran our professional condos managed by Marriott visibly see the drivers license and credit card when they check in and we have verified all this with the resort and sent it in when people clean these fraudulent charge bags in this company does absolutely nothing to help us in the rolling over $100,000 of our money

Rep was easy to work with. I asked multiple questions and received clear and precise answers. I am very sure that I asked some of the same questions over and over again. This product has changed my booking process for the better. I am grateful to those who recommended Yapstone and also extremely happy with the service that I received as well as the actual product. I am now able to book my guests directly for my North Myrtle Beach vacation rental and to also process immediate payment. The integration into our booking engines is convenient and automated and seems to work well. Everyone is always nice when we call, email, or meet them at trade shows. The product allows us to accept payments from our guests and easily use credit card processing for their accounts. The solution that we have chosen integrates directly into our PMS software, which is Escapia. The company sides more with guests rather than us (who are their users) when someone initiates a Chargeback. The process is painful and difficult, and made to try and get us to drop it when we should be fighting it. This has taken up the most time with our use of this product, ie finding documentation and everything needed to fight a chargeback that is generally requested by a disgruntled guest for a completely different reason. The guests violate our agreements and submit fraudulent chargeback requests and we are the ones made to feel like the victims. Booking calendar sync's with other websites like VRBO, Booking.com, AIRBNB, etc. I also love that you can Blog which helps your website being recognized by Google search engine.
