Thanks for your feedback, both positive and critical! I think you will be please to learn that over the course of the next 3 - 6 months, we are going to introduce a lot of enhancements to the mobile app to allow you to conduct HR/Payroll related functions on the phone app itself.
With regards to W2's, those should have been mailed as well as posted on the Employee portal itself. Anything mailed would be done on the basis of what was on file as your home address with your employer at the time, and if you are having trouble accessing this we recommend you reach out to the employer administration that is sponsoring UZIO or your Broker contact and they can work with us directly on this.

Their customer service is AMAZING. Being a newer company, there are some growing pains still. They bend over backwards to figure out solutions to any problems, and have been very proactive in making improvements. Every interaction with Uzio impresses me further. It hasn't been as much of a turn-key solution as I expected. However, this is improving as they improve. I do feel like I am a part of their improvement over time, so that has been very promising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy interface! Have had zero problems navigating to areas in which I'm looking to take on certain tasks. The dashboard has all the actions and information that I need. I've come across other HR software that aren't user-friendly and make it tricky to find pay stubs or other documents. The "Your Action Needed" area is great to easily find things to take care of right when I login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area of other HR softwares that I loved, which UZIO doesn't offer is the ability to see how much time I will have off in the future. For instance, if I want to take PTO 6 months from now, I'd like the ability to see how much anticipated PTO I will have by then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great program for employees and very helpful staff help make this super easy to use. We have been using it for over 2 years for our employees and it has been great. The best part about it is that it's very easy to process and what's even better that is it is even easier to finish. I haven't been able to determine what I dislike about this product. It allows you to view employee's birthdays and handle any internal HR questions via the application. Our HR teams would like to see more integration with our Microsoft applications, allowing them to interact with staff more, including scheduling and praising.
