What do you like best about UXArmy?

The assistance UX Army provides for our mobile framework is its best feature. We've tried different alternatives in the past, but they affected the app's functionality, making it erratic or, in certain situations, unresponsive on the customer's device. I'm glad to report that we have discovered no effect on the functionality of our app thanks to UX Army. Furthermore, while important data from our customers' journeys—which we utilize to enhance their experience—is collected and used for analysis, all personally identifiable information is not. What do you dislike about UXArmy?

If the tool were easier to use, I would be glad because I occasionally get confused by all the many query filters. I am aware that UX Army will soon release GIA, a new feature. which, from that vantage point, ought to make things easier for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UXArmy?

Rather than attempting to guess where drop offs are, I adore being able to directly rectify any concerns from the perspective of the user. In order to quickly assess conversion or any problems from a certain scenario, I really appreciate the filtering possibilities. Our use of UX Army Voice of the Silent has shown to be an excellent method for determining which customer reviews are worthy of attention, based on the proportion of users who reported having a reasonable experience. What do you dislike about UXArmy?

There are sometimes a number of steps to take in order to obtain the needed data, which might make the interface somewhat complicated. Some of the language can be confusing to those who are unfamiliar with it. What do you like best about UXArmy?

With regard to the analysis it offers, the UX Journey map is quite effective. With the most recent tools we employed, we had to look for problems and struggles and compare them to user behavior to determine whether or not this was the reason why customers were leaving. You have a fantastic chance, in my opinion, to make improvements by giving users a quick and simple option to download and distribute the interaction maps in JPG format. These can't be used in presentations just by me. It would also be fantastic to be able to compare comparable but distinct webpage interaction maps side by side.
