Gathering user testing feedback is made quick and simple by uxarmy. In a matter of hours,
you can have actual customers testing your Figma or Sketch prototype and providing their
thoughts and actions to guide the next stage of your design process.It has been easy to implement and intergrate in our day to day design systems making it easy to use daily and getting quality products .
The customer support is also good and answers queries when needed as they are prompt to respond even on WhatsApp

I don't have any dislikes, the enhanced participant filters have simplified the process of
testing specific demographics.

**What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uxarmy has assisted us in identifying user directional preferences and identifying obstacles
within our proposed new interactions. We have utilized uxarmy to evaluate copy, design,
imagery, and interactions.

The fact that it can be challenging to get selected for some interviews is one thing I dislike. Even though you might think you're the best applicant, you don't get chosen.

I was quickly eligible to do a brief survey. For a dinner ride, I would have received $1, but instead I received $15! If only I had a webcam-equipped computer, I could earn a decent living doing this.

Not sufficient for those who can only use a tablet or smartphone. Finding one that you can complete without all the equipment takes some time.

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

This softare made my work most effective in  prototyping  testing. It was so  easily executed by following the steps and uploading a prototype link from Figma. Additionally, It  provided recommendations and templates assist in quickly creating comprehensive tests. Is totally want I want to make my work easier.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

The only negative part of UXArmy, Is the length of time it takes for the testers to load the test.Their loading time is so long that I have to leave the test before even starting it.

UXArmy  made my work easy by assisting me in conducting User Testing by enabling me to evaluate specific tasks of a prototype and offering a superb reporting tool.

To be honest, there aren't many things about UX Army that are bad. It's quite effective in sourcing data with integrity, and the insights the platform generates make life lot simpler for researchers! Everything about this platform is amazing!

countless usability and user tests. With all the information I have obtained from UX Army, I am able to perform hueristic studies. This platform even performs the client sentiment analysis, and click hotspots are a great tool for analyzing client behavior and mood as well as many other design-related tasks.

UXArmy research platform is very intuitive for our UXR team.We are able to gain good value from the research data for our new edtech product development.

The free plans comes with very limited features as compared to the paid plan.

Our Edtech company always looks for new ways to improve the quality of our training programs which we do for the corporates. By the help of UXArmy we were able to collect the actual user feedback on the platform for our new program launch for singapore market. With this software, I was able to prototype and test ideas quite effectively. By following the instructions and uploading a prototype link from Figma, it was quite simple to complete. Furthermore, it offered templates and suggestions to help create thorough tests rapidly. That's exactly what I want—a simpler workload.

Amazing UI! It is helpful for us because it is user-friendly product. It makes the users experience enjoyable because it has clear and concise instructions to our users. Overall experience with this product is awesome and I believe it is the best for everyone else.

**What do you like best about UXArmy?**

It is very easy to set-up, and you get access to their testers pool which you can really filter through demographics as well as screener questions to get exactly the profile you need. We are able to find testers matching perfectly our personas.
All the data is available in one place, you have the screen recording as well as metrics for specific questions (surveys...).
The prices are very competitive for the level of selection of your testers and as it's  a monthly subscription, you are very flexible in terms of how many testers you need. Your credits are valid for 3 months.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

The quality of the testers is not homogenous. You always have some not putting any efforts in. Simplifying the spoting of those testers would be much appreciated (to highlight them and request new testers, to rate the testers maybe also from our stand point. I might want to pay more for people I know will be extremely detailed in their feedback).
The automatic transcript from the video is not really working (lot's of misunderstanding).

We use UX army to understand better the user journey of our clients before they reach us and get qualitative feedback on our landing pages and tools. We get unbiased feedback that we couldn't get with past clients.

I liked that I can quickly check product usage scenarios in my product with real people from their User Panel. Video recordings of users using my product are received within an hour of launching the Test. The videos make it easy for me to show senior stakeholders and other team members exactly where the user pain points exist.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

Their product has some usability issues. The UI Dashboard feels kinda boring, it needs to be properly managed. Even though the team account feature allows me to duplicate and review tests of teammates, I can not allocate credits to my team. That is a bit disabling to me since I manage a team.

At a low cost I can get to hear and see what my target users are expecting and saves me a lot of rework effort and allows me to work with limited project budget

As an app respondent, I got the best experience from being interviewed about my experience using the app. The methods and techniques used by the committee are also interesting so as to attract the attention of outsiders, especially in Asia.

The UXArmy application which is very interesting and quite different starting from the design and additional features compared to other applications makes it easy for me to use the UXArmy application as a respondent. UXArmy Remote Research tools are works as an effective approach to gaining insights into how people perceive our prototypes is by offering a sign-up option for individuals to test it out. During the testing phase, participants are prompted to provide their feedback and share their impressions of the testing prototype. The testing process includes a thorough review to ensure that testers can articulate their observations accurately. This process provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable feedback and make improvements to enhance the user experience for end users.

Once on non-submission of a test, I approached support and was able to reset the response and asked the Tester to try again.

The most helpful thing was that UXArmy team was friendly and available to assist at anytime. The instructions were very clear too and detailed. When i was unsure about something i just had to whatsapp the person assigned to guide me through and he responded almost immediately.

I wish that the process was easier and all in one email vs many different process to go through before the survey which includes the details of the survey interview once accepted and also the documents to be signed all in one email.

- The DeepDive helped us to record user sessions and analyze them. Even we can upload a recording file that we recorded from another platform, too. The auto transcript on DeepDive helped to save time in creating verbatim notes; the bookmark feature enabled us to show important moments of the recording to our stakeholders.
- When we need to reach specific criteria of participants, UXArmy also helped us in the recruitment service so that we can reach those who are not our current users

Last year, DeepDive was only available on the desktop version without installing additional software. Hope that DeepDive could someday can be opened via mobile browser without  installing anything so that non-tech savvy user can also use it in ease

I've recently used UXA's UserAdvocate mobile app for testing. Being able to easily incorporate Figma's interactive prototypes as part of the testing was really good. I have tried competitor tools like Maze and UserZoom that have not worked as well with Figma. 

[Usefulness Services] 
UXArmy also supports recruitment of specific customer/user profiles, which helps us to be a lot more targeted even with unmoderated research. 
They also help to reject low quality/invalid responses, which helps us to focus on meaningful data for extracting insights.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

The ability to work very well with Figma prototype is amazing, but the survey questions have an odd constraint of not allowing users to pinch and zoom to view static images/screenshots.

That seems like rather basic functionality and I hope it can be added.

Learning curve is not steep! Like the visual charts of Heatmaps and navigation tree responses, which I'm able to download and copy-paste into my presentation. I get great quality video/audio recordings. The platform is incredibly easy to use, for someone like me who is into business development.

**What do you dislike about UXArmy?**

The custom Screeners allowed me to target specific user groups easily for different clients. However, I'm unable to find some of the profiles in the panel. I needed manual help from their team.

Useful for non-UX people. It is cost-effective and gives a quick turnaround of results. I hope that card sorting and tree testing can be combined in unmoderated tests.

What i like about the Deepdive platform is this platform is truly made for UX Researcher. Previously I only using zoom for conducting in-depth interviews. Compared to zoom, I prefer to use Deepdive for my IDI session.

I have a problem when switching my audio output, I don't see the option to switch the hardware if I suddenly get a technical issue with my current audio hardware. I hope it can be improved.

Me and my team were able to get very useful feedback on ours and competitor app. I could also test my new app design with it. overall very effective.
The screen and voice recording was really helpful to get the users’ voice infront of the whole team.
