What do you like best about USU (formerly Aspera)?

I like that it's a detailed tool for showing license compliance, it can be customized to any organization's needs, and it allows you to manage files consistently from multiple data sources and at high volumes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about USU (formerly Aspera)?

USU has better tools available that the competition, I do not regret choosing this platform, I have never felt so listened to by a provider. I have no suggestions, so far I am satisfied with the way it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is USU (formerly Aspera) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run USU on a dedicated physical server and have never had any issues as navigation is fairly simple even for non-experienced users. It has allowed us to gain cost advantages as it makes data acquisition and management much easier in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about USU (formerly Aspera)?

USU is a cost effective solution that allows us the ability to self-manage the site through templates similar to the Zendesk interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about USU (formerly Aspera)?

Services required to implement – USU builds the site for us and provides training to use the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is USU (formerly Aspera) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We currently have a contract with MindTouch (NICE CXone Expert) that ends soon. Since the acquisition of MindTouch by NICE, it has become impossible for us to make any changes to our contract. We are currently close to installing USU for use just adding the package "Unymira Knowledge Center (Managed) to our application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
