Usio provides integrated payments solutions that we have plugged into our software solution to accept credit card and ACH payments online. Their experienced staff is a phone call away and is extremely resourceful. Implementation and integration has been a breeze!

They provide the ability to accept multiple payment channels like CC, Debit, Mobile Wallets, ACH, etc. however, they do not have a solution for Venmo (which is commonly asked for by our clients.) We understand the risk/difficulty with Venmo, as it is meant for Peer to Peer payments however, customers of our merchants have available balances in their venmo wallets and would like the ability to utilize those balances to make payments. . Usio has a phenominal corporate culture, from the top down this team is humble, solutions oriented and relationship centered. Usio is very responsive to client demands and needs, sometimes this requires outside-the-box problem solving that they are adept at, but getting the right solution sometimes takes time as, depending on the issue, a sponsor banks requirements may need to be considered. I dont see this as much as an Usio issue as more of a reality of the Fintech space, but definitely something that needs to be factored in to planning.
