**What do you like best about UserWay?**

First of all, having this as a Wordpress plugin is amazing! Easy to install & works right out the box. It gives you a breakdown of what you need adjusting. Love it!

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

Not having the Full plugin for Free obviously! But that does not take away the fact it is an amazing plugin that will help you even further with larger websites.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For larger websites this is what you need to track down what needs fixing. You can miss things in fancy designs, colors, etc so having this plugin spot what is wrong, it Super Important.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

The free widget was extremely easy to install and customize, with quick help from chat support when I had a small question on getting it to work. Allows for basic accessibility features to be easily integrated in your website.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

Nothing to complain about. I am using the free version, and can still customize to fit my website branding. Can't remove the UserWay branding in the free version, but that's perfectly acceptable.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Userway to improve website accessibility, particularly for the visually impaired, increasing contrast, and adjusting font sizing and spacing where required by users.

Of course, I love how Userway automatically corrects ADA issues, but I also like their customer service! ANytime I have a question or issue, I place it online in the chat area and receive a very quick response that fully answers my concerns.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

UserWay has been very helpful to guide us in making improvements to our site with recommendations for changes and my favorite part is that it was so easy to add to our site and implement.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

A downside was that we got billed twice for one site, but I was able to use their chat feature, and the representative fixed it immediately! We are thrilled with their customer service.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UserWay helps us identify pdfs that are now showing up for everyone and recommends helpful hints to improve the overall usability of our website. Using UserWay saves us so much time and catches things that we miss in trying to do our best for easy access to all of our tools and content for everyone.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

Its format is incredibly easy to use and its simplicity mixed with comprehensiveness is its superpower. Their customer support team is excellent; they have gone above and beyond to make sure that we as a customer are helped in any way possible.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

I haven't found any just yet. Maybe in the future there would be more additions to the widget features. On UserWay's actual site, I saw text-to-speech, which seems like an excellent feature, but I'm not sure if thats an add on or not, which I'd have to pay for even though I already purchased the largest package.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our site was nowhere close to being ADA compliant, and besides the compliancy part, it just wasn't reaching as many people as possible because it wasn't accessible to those who need help. It checks both of those boxes for us.

All of it!
1. WCAG 2.1 & ADA compliance starting with a single line of code
2. Protective legal framework for my websites.
3. Makes Accessibility  really Easy and efficient.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

Nothing at all! The plugin does exactly what it promises and the support is fast and efficient. I don't have any suggestions to get this plugin better because I don't see something wrong.

It solves accessibility issues. People with vision problems couldn't use my websites before! Now with userway it is so easy for them to navigate in websites that I built.

Just having it help us out with the accessibility option on our website.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

It is unfortunate that no one else in the company can make any changes to the widget code because if the code used to install the widget is from the account X, you need to login using the account X as username. This isn't convenient because if say the person who did it from that account is the big boss or is no longer in the company, we don't really want to trouble him to log into his account to make the changes or to not have the log in details for the person who left. But it seems like that doesn't work. It would be great to have a "team" mode in Userway so that whoever is on the team can make those changes using their own accounts as long as it is part of that organization's team. Also, wish there was a way to update a connected site. What if I connected a site with a spelling mistake, e.g. put .co instead of .com? There isn't a way for me to edit the site URL. I don't even have the option to delete it so I can add a new one. When I try to add a new site, it says that site already exists in my account.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

Ease of use is top notch. Legal coverage is at the top of the list for me. Companies are being sued left and right with increasing frequency for accessibility violations by deadbeat lawyers. This is a great way to improve your site accessibility and prevent huge losses in a lawsuit.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

I wish some of the extra features that are not mandatory for accessibility compliance were enabled for yearly subscription users. Charging $200 per year to remove the logos and $200 more for adding more customization seems a bit much. I really had to think about what I dislike. This is a great solution.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UserWay made it easy to make our website compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA conformance and to meet ADA and EN 301-549 rules. UserWay is also has us covered in case of any legal action due to accessibility compliance.

  ### 13. UserWay Solves a Huge Problem for Our Agency

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

A few years ago, one of our website clients received a letter from a lawyer threatening litigation because the client's site was not ADA compliant. Despite the fact that their site was several years old, this client wanted our agency to accept the letter and take the blame. We spoke to our lawyer and refused, and of course lost the client. But I determined that we would start offering ADA to all of our clients so that this wouldn't happen again.
We can put in the on-site work to make our sites compliant, and did a ton of research to try to find an accessibility tool provider that was robust but affordable, especially because we have so many small business and nonprofit clients. UserWay quickly became our top choice for the accessibility tools it offers and its affordable white-label plan. It is simple to implement for my development team and it is easy for site visitors to use. It gives our sites that extra assurance that their sites are ADA accessible, and we have never had a single problem with it not working. Plus, every time we have had to chat or contact customer service, they have been super responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

The one thing I'm not a fan of is the back-end billing system. We have an agency account, but I would love to be able to access invoices by client, instead of sifting through a dozen invoices trying to find the one that matches a certain client. I think UserWay could improve the dashboard to make it more intuitive for administrating.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we are an agency, UserWay allows us to provide full-circle ADA compliance and accessibility. Having UserWay in our toolbox makes our agency even stronger. Clients love that they have UserWay on the site, it gives them confidence that they are providing the best services for people of all abilities.

It's a user-friendly accessibility plugin, but the customer service is good too! Essential when the whole focus is on making accessible platforms easy and accessible for all.

I haven't interacted enough with UserWay to have any negative experiences. They were generally quick to respond to my request for help. There might be issues as a long term user but my initial impression has been good so far

I could quickly and easily figure out my website's compliance issues and remedy them automatically with the user-way plugin. I then spoke with customer service and better understood how everything works behind the scenes.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

The dashboard is confusing at first glance; I think there needs to be more information that explains how changes are automatically applied so that users have more confidence that everything was correctly modified. I also did notice a bug with different stats showing up in the dashboard that explain how many issues were remedied, the results varied by a massive amount, but it only happened rarely.

User way is helping us easily create an ADA-compliant website. This is very beneficial to my team and me because it would take us a long time to understand what compliance means and how we can make the changes to meet the requirements.

UserWay does two things very well - it is incredibly easy to install, and incredibly easy to use. As an agency, we have clients on multiple CMS's and we have had no issue getting the widget up and running and useable for our client's web visitors in a short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

If I had to make one complaint, when positioning the accessibility icon (especially on mobile) the icon seems to move down the page in a bit of a choppy manner when it's not in one of the default positions, and that takes away from the website UX a bit.

Many of our clients serve individuals who may have been injured, and the ability to nearly instantly make their websites more accessible to their potential customers both improves user experience and allows our clients to show understanding of their customer's situations and potential limitations online.

We installed the app and there was an issue with the app. I contacted the support team and they answered me within 24 hours but today Mark stayed online with me so he can help me get everything done. he helped fix the issue and it is now working as we wanted it

Always helpful and keeps our small business ADA complaint.  We want everyone to feel comfortable navigating our website with an easily accessible experience, no matter their special needs.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

It can be difficult to address all of the violations on our small business website.  It is good to have that information available but we don't always have the man power or budget for a complete fix.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a simple solution that shows us where our accessibility shortcomings lie and allows many users a more accessible experience when navigating our website pages. Having the manpower to fix those shortcomings is a problem for us.

The team at Userway made it easy to go from interest to implementation. The product itself is intuitive, and the overall customer experience is improved quite a bit by the tool.

Like any software, there is a learning curve. Additionally, it takes a bit to get the plugin to look exactly as I'd like.

Ease of use, and the ability to see what needs to be fixed. As much as we like UserWay doing a lot of the work for us, we would rather make sure our site is as compliant PRE UserWay app use, which it helps with

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

It is a bit confusing to find some information, such as reports on your website that the application is tied to. I had to reach out to support to have them show me how to see the reports on our website, which to their credit they answered in minutes.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to be ADA compliant to meet our customers needs and the legal needs of being a provider of goods. We knew absolutely nothing about ADA compliance until we received complaints, and luckily we found UserWay.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

I like that it helps make websites ADA compliant without having to have web design knowledge, coding knowledge, or an understanding of compliance. Without paying any fees, you can add this to your website and have it match aesthetically.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

Fees seem a little steep to add the extra features for a small business website, which keeps the website completely compliant. I also get emails threatening that I am heavily out of compliance, but I have to pay to see the issues.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

Simplicity.  Trying to be compliant with ADA (or any governmental guidelines) is always a challenge, but the UserWay Wordpress plugin is about as easy as it gets to make sure you are covered for the majority of the ADA compliance issues.  I only use the free version and that supplies a wide range of the tools needed to satisfy ADA requirements.  Beyond just being 'compliant', having the functionality that UserWay provides is something that all websites should have, as the number of people who have some sort of special needs when browsing the Internet is much higher than you may expect.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

Honestly, there really isn't much of anything that I dislike about the plugin.  I use the free version and is easy to install and provides great functionality.

I work with those with mental and physical challenges and I see on a daily basis how a tool like this is helping them navigate websites that they would otherwise not be able to navigate.  This is a vital tool for those individuals.

I've been using accessibility add-ons for a while now, but I've never seen a program that does accessibility for websites as well as UserWay. To avoid possible penalties for non-compliance with accessibility laws, I think there is no way around UserWay. I would also like to mention the support, which was very helpful, especially in the beginning.
I can recommend this program 100%.

So far, I can't report anything negative about the program. The price is reasonable because this program offers about 90% accessibility for websites and you no longer need to worry about breaking laws for non-compliance with accessibility.

UserWay enables website readability and navigation for all people with all disabilities through artificial intelligence. The loading speed of web pages is not affected by UserWay.

I tried many accessibility widgets but none satisfied me until I luckily met Userway which opened up a totally new scenario for me. I really like the ease of implementation, the completeness of tools and features, the very intuitive design and the ease of use.
I think it's definitely a must-have tool for any website to recommend!

I'm always quite critical when evaluating a new technological tool, I look at both its functionality and its usability. However I could not find fault with Userway.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

I've tried multiple solutions before making this decision. I love how straightforward the process is with Userway. Their AI is not bad at naming images (and even found a doppelganger for one of our employees!)
I was impressed by the transparency and ability to peek under the hood - unlike other software, Userway provides an immediate detailed list of remediations that were done, AND allows you to amend anything and everything manually. So if the AI gets something wrong (and it will, AI is never perfect) - you can easily amend whatever is needed.

I dreaded this task in the beginning and anticipated days or weeks of work - Userway did most of the job for our website, and only a few hours of remediation and validation were needed.
Huge win.

During my short work, I needed some assictance and the support team was ABOVE AND BEYOND!! They're quick and helpful, always knowledgable and resourceful.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

I wish there was a way to amend iframe titles and descriptions in the UserWay editor.
Currently, this is not supported so we had to amend some of it in the html code (which can prove challenging when using a third part embed that won't allow changes or access to this code)

Userway is the best solution for websites with any content - as someone who's very sensitive to movement and light, I personally love using Userway whenever I'm on a supported website. 
Since installation, our visitors have clicked and used Userway every day, and I'm happy we were able to make their experience better with this brilliant tool.

At first, I thought the interface was challenging to navigate because I could not remember that you logged in from the widget on your site, which was confusing (navigating to your home page to log in).

Customer Service: I spoke to an actual person (Sales Associate) on the phone, and he kept the conversation informal which I really appreciate.  Support replies quickly via chat. I would have chosen a competitor if that wasn't the case. 

Software: I installed the widget in under 3 minutes. It has all the features I wanted on my websites, and more. It's also very easy for web visitors to use. The dashboard looks easy enough to use but haven't reviewed it yet; I will in the coming days.

I'm not sure, and hopefully I will never have a dislike.

The installation was very straightforward and highly customisable allowing us to match the look and feel of our brand exactly, it even generated our Accessibility statement. It works very well with every browser we have tested and their support has been very helpful with any minor issues.

I feel the widget is a little intrusive that being said you do have the option to attach the trigger to anything you like for example a link on your site or an image ort button which you can include as part of a menu, for example, hiding the widget when not needed.

They have saved hundreds if not a few thousand in development/designer costs to make the website accessible. We would have had to pay a lot and it would have taken up a lot of time. They were a godsend.

Their service was ok, but then they kept adding services, and I had to cancel each time.  I got sick of it, and I canceled everything, but they are still charging

Their accounting system and possibly their morals are not up to par.  I have never been over charged so many times by any vendor.

Their basic system is ok, but their AI is not so great.  I switched vendors.
