**What do you like best about UserWay?**

The free widget is excellent. There is value in the paid version, but if you're like us and want something free that makes your site more accessible, this is perfect. It has way more customization features than you would expect from a free widget

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

I would love to have a docked option like a toolbar. Also, I like the look of the "mini widget," but it has many fewer features, so I do wish I could change which parts were on that mini widget (note, you may be able to change them in the paid version. I'm not sure)

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It let us put an accessibility widget on our site without adding additional recurring cost. Support is excellent.

I had several questions along the way, from install to license transfer.  Support was consistently quick, professional and effective.

Transfer / changeover of a software license was tedious.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

I like the way Userway is simple to install, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and not pushy salespeople as some of their competitors turned out to be during our review period!

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

I would like more styling options on the accessibility button itself, but I am new to this and I may have missed it. I feel confident I can talk to someone to find out.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a community college, we are committed to being accessible to all of our community.  The web page makes a very big first impression of an organizations attitude towards accessiblility, and Userway allow us to meet many more of our students/potential students needs  than we could do alone.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

Nearly everything can be done online, very quickly and easily. No time spent on-hold. Even the Chat support was lightning quick! Definitely a MUCH better value all around than others I've dealt with.  Would highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

Some of the navigation through the dashboard was a little difficult at times.. Trying to change the status of some of the sites required help from support vs. being able to do it alone, although they remedied it very quickly and in a very friendly manner.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows ALL of our automotive network's customer websites to be ADA-compliant; a very important issue for our industry! Their speed of service allows us to be a lot more productive as well.

I love the customer service and ease of use.  I don't know anything about coding, but I was able to install the app immediately and I love that I get to customize the look of the widget.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

You still have to do some manual remediation yourself, which is understandable, but it would be awesome if the AI could fix everything, but I know that isn't realistic.

It is getting our website's accessibility score to a much healthier point!

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

After extensive research, I found UserWay to be the best solution for our needs, both in terms of cost and functionality.  We found scanning our site and incorporating the script easy, and tech support fixed our widget that was not displaying in the bottom right corner in about 60 seconds.  Very pleased with UserWay!

So far I have not found anything we dislike!

I like that It is very easy to use and install on your website. I have it installed on a regular website and on a WordPress website and both were easy to install and use.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

I honestly havent found any downsides to using UserWay yet. I have read that some people find that it isn't 100% compliant for Blind people, but we havent had any complaints from our users.

UserWay is solving our ADA comliance problems by making our site compatible. We did not comply with ADA guidelines at all and UserWay has solved this. They help our blind and handicapped clients.

Was very excited to find UserWay. Their widget is so great, and better than many options out there. The best part, it was so seamless to use with wordpress! Great job to the UserWay team!

I wish there were more options to change colors in the widget, to match them better to your brand. However, there may be an accessability reason to this in which case I am all for it!

It's helping us by allowing us to make it easy for users that have accessability needs, and making sure that they will have a tool to make the shopping experience better and easier for them.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

Userway is a user-friendly accessibility tool that helps website owners make their sites more accessible to individuals with disabilities. 

It is super easy to install and customize, and it provides a wide range of features, such as text-to-speech, keyboard navigation, and contrast adjustment , and i think it truly contains all the rules needed to adhere to global compliance standards.

Also customer support was really great, they helped me solve a complex issue and were fast and reliable.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

The only thing i can thing of is the pricing model. The cost of Userway may be prohibitive for small businesses, especially those looking for more than just the free widget.

I have used UserWay to:
- Improve keyboard navigation for users who cannot use a mouse.
- Provide text-to-speech functionality for users who are visually impaired.
- Improve contrast and font size for users who have difficulty reading small text.

Userway has an easy interface and is simple to set up on our client's websites. The details and reporting are also top-notch. And any time I have had a question or needed help, their support team has been great.

I can't think of anything so far that we have disliked. So far, everything has been great.

- I have trialled the pro version and will be looking to install this on our site as soon as possible, the immediate solutions deployed to accessibility issues would have taken weeks of dev time to get live

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

UserWay is a cost-effective, incredibly easy-to-implement solution for making your website accessible.  I was prepared to hire a web developer to do a careful audit of our sites and then spend a lot of money making each page accessible. Rather than go that route, I was incredibly pleased to find UserWay as an out-of-the-box solution we could deploy immediately.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

Very little.  We were hearing from users that the UserWay widget was blocking our navigation menu on the mobile version of our site, which had me concerned.  However, I then discovered that moving the widget is incredibly easy!  So, the only complaint I had earlier this week was easily fixable by me as someone without coding skills!

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a non-profit organization that prides itself on being welcoming and affirming to all who interact with us - regardless of race or ethnicity, whether they identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, income-level, disability status, etc.  In support of that aim, we need for our websites to be accessible to those who are differently abled. UserWay allows us to do that incredibly easily, and does it well!

Another pro is the tool's comprehensive range of features, which include everything from text resizing and color contrast options to keyboard navigation and screen reader support. This makes it easy for businesses to ensure that their websites are fully accessible to all users.

One potential con of Userway.org is that it may not be suitable for businesses with highly customized or complex websites. The tool is designed to work with standard web elements and may not provide full accessibility support for more specialized features.

I was struggling to make our company's website fully accessible to users with disabilities. That's when I discovered Userway.org. This tool has been a game-changer for our business.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

How easy it is to access the accessibility options, it literally requires only one click to activate. integrates seamlessly with my various websites and I even use it for readability.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

In the first pages that I used the plugin, it seemed to me that if the advantage was precisely its weakness, it was so straightforward to integrate that it seemed a lie, I had to check from several search engines, and I was surprised that in all of them, it worked wonderfully.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally I have reading problems, the fonts are sometimes too small for me and although in design they look good they are a pain to read, the plugin solves this for me. 


Also many of our customers are elderly products, having improved accessibility options is a great added value.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

I found the experience with UserWay the best. It is hard to get fast, dedicated service in specific industries used commercially. So I find it a delightful surprise when I send them an issue with my account accessing the SiteMap for scanning, and not even 24 hours later, the problem is resolved! Excellent work on them for working in such an expedited manner to resolve a customer issue, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming with anything.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

For the website scanning, I wish tutorials, FAQs, notes, and other reference material for working on custom scenarios for scans, Re-indexing, adding URLs, etc., were easy to find on the same login page of your accounts. I do not see any FAQs, tutorials, notes, tips, or what is and isn't possible once logged into the account. I might have missed it, so it would be nice to have it in a more easily noticeable location.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work at Aztec Software, one of the leaders in adult education learning.  We are trying to ensure that our software and learning classes meet all standards of accessibility that we can have. Our mission is to provide the best learning we can to adults who have issues obtaining it, and to do this, we must reach out to every adult in a manner that allows them to learn from us.  o do this, we must ensure that things like color contrast, text to voice speech, physical impairments, and more work properly and meet the industry standard.  

UserWay is a fantastic tool to help scan our software online to ensure everyone has the means and ability to learn from us. It was fast to set up (even with a few account issues), scanning was done in a manner that wouldn't trigger our software security because of settings UserWay allows to set for scanning, and the report was clear and concise with illustrations and helpful images and text to fix any issues.

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

I was surprised how easy it was to get the code and paste it onto the Squarespace website. I could easily change the style, location, and see a preview of what it looked like before even publishing the code. Customer service was also so fast and easy. I've pasted it in and haven't looked back.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

Pricier than I would want. For smaller businesses who want more than the free widget, the price is very high. A mixture of having select features and a lower price would be nice. At this time, the small business cannot afford the widget and is only planning on using the free widget for the foreseeable future.

I'm also not sure how hands-off I can be. Do I need to log into Userway and make sure things are okay? Do I need to update anything?

Allowing me to make sure that the website is accessible to all users who want to use the website. I have not used any other features, and I have not tested Userway with my users yet

It was not a straightforward process, it was pretty confusing on how to add it and I had to reach out to the help chat to figure it out.

With the ADA rules and regulations being in place but no clear steps for success, it isn't easy to ensure your website is compliant. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it can cost big time in court costs and judgments if you are sued for non-compliance. This is where UserWay came in like gangbusters! So easy to use! I had their plugin up and running in under 5 minutes. I especially like that they immediately let me know when there is an update. I have better peace of mind now, knowing I'm covered and those with challenges aren't excluded from my website!

I want the solution to be a bit more affordable. It can be daunting paying for this for more than one website. Most people only have one site, so they likely won't have that issue.

Absolutely everything. As a web developer, it's such a great tool to have in my toolbelt. It's a perfect all-in-one solution that has all of the minute details covered, saving me time and, honestly, annoyance. We are able to add the accessibility widget within 5 minutes, and then manage it from our dashboard without needing to go back into the clients' sites. 

We also like the quick and thorough help from their customer support when we have questions.

The "manage" option seems to be either available for us OR for the client, not both.  Allowing clients a limited amount of "DIY" customization could be a good idea, although in practice, this isn't much of a limitation.

**Recommendations to others considering UserWay:**

If you are setting it up for clients as well as yourself, contact UserWay to become an agency partner, so you can manage your clients' setup from your own dashboard.

Making client websites more accessible for those who need such assistance. Seems to address some legal requirements as well, but I'm not an attorney. So those assist our clients -- and it allows us to easily offer the service, which strengthens our perceived level of service.

Their customer service is great, but as for the product, it takes us just 5 minutes to add to a new website, and after that, we can manage it from our UserWay dashboard, without the need to log in to the client website. Once set up, it makes the site more accessibile for those who need changes to site so they can better use it.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

For smaller, lower traffic sites, it would be good to have a lower entry point for the "AI" option. It would also be useful to have a separate login for clients who wish to make their own changes to things like the color or position of the widget.

It lets our client have the same solution for their visitors with disabilities as is used by a large number of government, educational, and commercial entities, and those visitors are better able to use the websites.

UserWay is a great tool, as it is very user-friendly, and installation takes a couple of minutes. The main dashboard provides you with your site's compliance %, and you can also download a very detailed report that outlines all issues that the widget resolved. The UserWay Support team is also fantastic and goes over and above always to ensure all issues/ questions are resolved.

At times, the dashboard can have bugs where the information is not displayed correctly, and reports are difficult to export.

I work in real estate and own a small business.  I was alerted to the risk of lawsuits under the ADA by my manager.  I immediately signed up for the services provided by UserWay and i am very happy with what they provided, especially the analytics and data I can see in the user dashboard. I wouldn't want someone taking advantage of my lack of offering more accessibility on my small business website.  When I had to close the business and shut down the website, they were responsive in that I had just paid for a year of service up front.  I requested a pro-rated refund and they offered it with no questions asked.  That was much appreciated.

The only downside is needing the service to protect against lawsuits, but I am happy that the service exists to help people with legitimate needs.

Online chat helped answer questions and quickly mitigate a problem I had with my account. 
I also really like that they can scan the website for accessibility and make a lot of the changes themselves, along with the information about the problems they are not able to fix. 
I like the widget on the website, too, it seems very user-friendly and has many accessibility features.
I think there are a lot of great features.
Creating an account was easy. 
Submitting payment was easy.

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

It is challenging to figure out how to fix things found in their scan that require a manual fix. I have difficulty knowing where the error was found on a page/needs to be fixed. I am struggling to figure out in Wix how to edit and view the html. I would like to know more about accessbility requirements in general and can't find that on their site, at least from within my signed in account. I also had a problem adding an account user; when I did that, the AI option we purchased did not show up for that user. I am a little bummed that some of the features are only available at even more of a cost after purchasing the annual subscription, some of them seem like they would help us a lot but we're a small company. I'm annoyed that this online feedback offers $50, but doesn't eve reach the $50 point no matter what I add to the review. I'm not sure what I'm missing and not sure how to figure it out. A waste of time, so I'm just not submitting the review after all, makes me mad.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had an issue with the person purchasing the UserWay account accidentally mistyping the site name when purchasing; then, I couldn't find a way to fix it. I chatted online with the assistance team, and they switched the account within minutes. 
Overall, UserWay is doing a great job solving the problems of online accessibility. It has many features to implement to create a more accessible site. Our dance program aims to be a fully accessible company in person and online, so UserWay is an obvious way to get us closer to that goal.
I like the option for alt text. We haven't purchased this feature, but it is excellent that UserWay addresses all aspects of online accessibility in one place.

The subscription service is where it's best. Utilizing the scan tools allows you to see ADA violations. The best part of Userway is the remediation tool that fixes almost all of the violations, if not all.

I do think they need to improve on cost. Some of the add on can be costly for small companies utilizing ADA websites. I found the rescan a valuable tool, but it was not accessible after use.

ADA tool allows impaired users to view the municipal website we provide services for. I think the advancement in the screen reader will be beneficial to the impaired demographic

What I like best about UserWay is how user-friendly it is. It makes web accessibility a breeze, even for someone with limited technical skills.

UserWay is solving web accessibility issues, benefiting me by making my and my client's website more inclusive for all users.

Userway was easy to install and use.  The live chat support is quick and knowdgeable.  10/10 recommend!

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

I would be interested in more blog posts specific to fashion retail in regards to ADA compliance.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My shopify site was far from ADA compliant.  USERWAY fixed that quick fast and easy!

**What do you like best about UserWay?**

Rodrigo has gone beyond what I would have expected him to do. I initially reached out since my accessibility statement was not populating on my website, a user error. He walked me through everything AND asked if I would like for him to add it to my widget as well. I also realized that my trial period was up and I was on a free plan! Needless to say, I now upgraded to the pro plan. Thanks again for going above and beyond!I love the fact that I will be compliant and that using UserWay will also assist with my SEO algorithms with google!

**What do you dislike about UserWay?**

No downsides that I can think of at this time.

**What problems is UserWay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's keeping us ADA compliant and allowing those that need ADA accessibility features can now shop on our website.
