What do you like best about Userlike?

The UI is simple yet effective, it has many useful features and it is easy to implement it in our operations. I've not had the need to contact customer support yet, however I can see that the team is made of more than 40 people, so I'm sure that replies will not take long to arrive if I ever have an issue. I've just installed it and we plan to use it daily for our customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping in filtering out most frequent requests that we usually and that will be even truer when we implement the AI functionalities. What do you like best about Userlike?

Very good management of all operators and their roles and skills. You can change the configuration without having to update your application. There are tutorials that explain all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit confusing how to add localisations to your website widget. There are a lot of features and configurations, so it takes some time to learn how to use them properly, but the defaults seem reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Userlike we have found an application that is easy to set up and that offers a lot of interesting functions. The tool is easy to configure and offers a million setting options. So you can set up Userlike according to your wishes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The infinite setting options are great. However, some settings that are important for us are somewhat hidden in the settings menus. But after a few hours you know where to find something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
