Userlike is an excellent product, however the price is very expensive compared to its alternatives. Moreover, the pricing gaps between packages and the feature distribution seems uneven in my honest opinion. While I think that the free plan is good enough for a website that is operated soley by an individual or two who may be taking turns, it is pretty limitting in terms of felxible use of the product when you need to interact with more than one client at a time. I don't like, but of course this is designed to push potential clients to go for the paid plans, which I already said are pretty expensive for small and solely operated small businesses. The UI is simple yet effective, it has many useful features and it is easy to implement it in our operations. I've not had the need to contact customer support yet, however I can see that the team is made of more than 40 people, so I'm sure that replies will not take long to arrive if I ever have an issue.
