**What do you like best about userinput.io?**

It's quickness and dynamic nature of it's feedbacks are making it great software. There feedbacks are way more better than simple surveys and polls. It is highly recommended software for small business in lieu of their website's improvement.

**What do you dislike about userinput.io?**

They charge per feedback alot. They don't have any monthly subscription pack and I think that makes it expensive.

**What problems is userinput.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it to get feedbacks from it every time we add something new to our website but stopped using it because there feedbacks were often alot different from our customers' experiences and insights.
