**What do you like best about UserGems?**

The feature I get the most value from is champion tracking. When a contact who already trusted us moves to a new company, UserGems flags it and I can reach out warm instead of cold, which has turned into real pipeline for us. The job-change data has been accurate enough that I trust the alerts.

The Salesforce integration is what made it stick. New gems show up against the right accounts automatically, so no manual list-pulling. Setup took a little coordination with our admin but onboarding was quick. It's not the cheapest tool we run, but warm intros close better than cold outbound, so the ROI works out.

**What do you dislike about UserGems?**

The job-change data is reliable but sometimes lags by a few weeks, and the new company or title can be slightly off, so I double-check before reaching out. It's also priced for bigger teams, and I'd like more control over filtering, since I get more alerts than I can act on and not all of them fit our ICP.

**What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of losing track of our champions when they switch jobs. When one lands somewhere new, UserGems flags it so I can reach out warm instead of cold, which has turned into real pipeline and faster-moving deals. It also surfaces signals like new hires in target accounts, so I know who to prioritize.

**What do you like best about UserGems?**

UserGems signal tracking, Gem-E AI-powered email writing, and outbound campaign orchestration with direct pushes to Outreach have all been insanely helpful for our team. Sales especially loves the pre-written emails coming from Gem-E, and a few reps have even mentioned saving 15+ minutes per email on their end.

**What do you dislike about UserGems?**

The UI can sometimes feel complicated, especially in the audience and persona builder sections. Filtering is also difficult because the only option is “and” filters, not “or” filters. As a result, you sometimes have to build multiple audiences and run multiple campaigns just to achieve one desired outcome.

**What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UserGems helps us run personalized outbound at scale, and it also lets us automate more of our outbound campaign motions, which saves time for both the sales and marketing sides of the house. The signals add another valuable layer to our account scoring and prioritization, helping us focus on more relevant accounts.

**What do you like best about UserGems?**

UserGems solves two core tasks for us: it provides holistic account scoring and increases the efficiency with how our BDR team is working. 

Their approach to scoring is different from other vendors as it does not only score engagement but also actual customer traits.  

Gem-E messaging is then solving what many teams struggle woth: what to do woth the signals. It prospects the right people and provides messaging that picks up on the most important signals.

**What do you dislike about UserGems?**

Getting it super dialed in will take a bit of time and as woth all things AI, it is not always trivial how one change impacts the overall system. 

But they make up for that with the most incredible implementation and customer success team.

**What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Account Scoring and (semi)-automated outreach.

The Gem-E extension which helps automate tailored messaging for our reps to use has been a game-changer for sending personalized outreach at a larger scale.

**What do you dislike about UserGems?**

Would love the ability to either prioritize signals or switch between them if their are multiple on the same account or contact

**What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usergems has helped our BDRs focus on the right leads, without having to spend manual hours searching for them. The biggest benefit has been being able to reach out to strong-fit accounts without the manual research

**What do you like best about UserGems?**

I like how UserGems turns passive relationship equity into actionable, revenue-driving opportunities without adding manual work for global sales, CS, and RevOps teams. It's specifically designed for B2B and avoids unnecessary features, focusing instead on solving specific pain points and ensuring global team alignment. I appreciate its advanced contact intelligence, which accurately identifies and enriches contact information, and its ability to identify changes in job titles or companies, helping our sales and marketing teams adjust their outreach strategies. Another valuable feature is its integration capabilities, especially with CRM systems, which streamline our workflow by eliminating the need for manual data entry and providing a unified view of customer relationships. The initial setup of UserGems is also relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about UserGems?**

Integrating UserGems with some less-common or custom-built CRM systems can be a challenge. The tool seems to have more seamless integrations with popular CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot. But for companies using niche or in-house developed CRM platforms, the on-boarding process may require significant technical resources. This could be improved by expanding the range of supported integrations and providing more detailed documentation for custom integrations.

UserGems turns customer job changes into sales opportunities, protecting revenue by flagging at-risk accounts. It solves cold outbound issues, leveraging relationships into revenue opportunities without manual work, and enriches contact data, streamlines workflows, and aligns global teams in real-time.

The platform has so many different avenues for orchestrating and automating outbound motions that are all effective and intuitive. 

The customer success team is extremely helpful and attentive. 

Overall, it’s a very effective platform with great support!

**What do you dislike about UserGems?**

There are so many different capabilities that it can be confusing at times, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. 

There are minor UI issues that can slow down campaign launching at times, but nothing major.

**What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

UserGems helps personalize our outbound motions at scale. With Gem E, we are able to stack signals and data to write outbound motions tailored to the exact person we’re contacting - not static sequence copy.

Usergems is by far our most successful signal provider. It helps our reps uncover great deals. And the team is very helpful when we need to stand up new campaigns. They also are generous with knowledge on how to grow our signals programs

I’d love to see contact intent expand to track other languages.

I also appreciate that UserGems is committed to new features and innovation that's been in line with what we've expected and what our executive team has been asking for.

UserGems takes care of the research SDRs used to do for high-quality accounts with high intent, and it helps us write emails and load high-value contacts with signals into cadences.

Out of the box, it offers context layers at the company level, campaign level, and more. It’s very easy to set up audiences and campaigns using just-in-time signals.

**What do you dislike about UserGems?**

It would be great to see exactly what caused a contact to be marked as contact-level intent.

**What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usergems automates decisions around who to target: which accounts to focus on, which contacts to reach out to, what messaging to use, which call to action to choose, and when to use it.
