The new platform is more elegant and stylish, has more options and is way faster. On the new server, the installation went fine and was set-up easily and fast. As we are using the system 24/7, i like the way that the clients are restoring after a network hiccup and/or power-loss. Also when it happens, the other clients stay working and refreshing, very nice! The older version didn't had that ;) **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** The older platform was somewhat easy to work with, on the new platform it is a bit confusing sometimes what module you need and where you need to go. Maybe this is something that we have to get used to, but for me personally i most of the times get lost in the platform. For our needs, we hardly use 10% of the functionality, it would be nice to be able to buy a license that only covers that 10% and not a license for the entire platform. It is a shame paying for something that we will never use. To support our needs we had to develop our own software that runs on top of the Userful Platform, that works perfectly but would be nice that the options were already implemented :) **What problems is Userful Infinity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past we had a single Windows-10 machine where 16 TV's were connected via 16 HDMI cables. With this system we only need a network connect that makes things very easy! Also, this set-up is way faster than a single Windows-10 machine with 16 TV's attached to it :) ### 2. The migration from our previous system to this new one went seamlessly. Navigating the platform is intuitive and straightforward, making it simple to follow. It has truly elevated our Wall display, allowing us to make real-time adjustments effortlessly to accommodate all of our business needs. We use it daily to show where our drivers are on one screen, and what jobs they must complete on another. We also have outages for our utility company posted up for employees walking by to see what needs work. All of these are from different screens on different computers and we can seamlessly remove or add screens as needed in real time. We have had nothing but compliments about the system we have built with Userful Infinity. The support during the migration process was amazing and they held our hand every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** We have had no issues with anything so far. **What problems is Userful Infinity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, we had to connect a separate computer to each screen or use a mix of different products and platforms to get our Video Wall to function as needed. With this platform, all our requirements are now integrated in one place. We can connect as many computers as necessary to feed content to the video wall. Additionally, the multiple TVs on the wall operate as a single unit, allowing us to overlap and adjust the fit of every individual feed. This results in a setup for our wall display that is both easy to manage and highly functional. ### 3. We monitor some applications that are INSTALLED on our previous video wall system. As a solution and because we now have a "left" video wall and a "right" video wall, we had to quickly pull together a company owned supercomputer and use it for installed applications to be monitored. When uploading to the cloud, the processing time is very short with little to no delay once uploaded to the display(s). I appreciate the features provided to us, most importantly in my opinion, the ability to view what is currently displayed on any given TV provided it is connected to the Engage platform. In addition, training our staff on how to upload documents to the displays has been much simpler than previous projects. **What do you dislike about Userful Infinity Platform?** The most notable downside to me and my colleagues is the quality of some of the uClient adapters. Every once in a while, the adapter will show as offline despite still being connected to the platform and showing the correct information. In addition, some uClients lose connectivity, requiring us to contact the Userful folks.
