I like that it's a centralized platform for the data analysis piece, and I can dive deep into the respondents' responses to the client surveys. The data analysis is great. Before UserEvidence, we would have to manually calculate some of the data from things like NPS surveys, so being able to capture that inside UserEvidence saves a lot of time. I can get data analysis on all of our survey questions and see detailed insights, like where one client may be stronger than another, and come up with benchmark data. Client testimonies are huge, since a lot of our clients like to hear directly from their clients. The surveys are a great way to understand the time and cost savings our clients are actually capturing, which helps us measure ROI. Anytime I'm preparing for a quarterly business review or a live meeting with a client, it saves me and my peers' time on data analysis around what's working and what's not. Out of the client survey, we can see the ratio of clients getting quantifiable value versus those that are not, and those actually saving money via our tool. It also lets us act on the insights we're getting, whether that's setting up a meeting to understand how we can be better, gathering additional product feedback, or choosing clients for beta testing of new product functionality. It supplements our NPS surveys, so we're able to get a lot more granular than just relying on NPS surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd say it could be a little more user friendly. It took me a couple training sessions with a peer of mine just to feel comfortable with it. From an improvement perspective, I'd like a way to capture live client testimonials built in. And maybe even integrating a platform to offer up a gift card, kind of like what you all are doing with this review. Automating and streamlining that would be huge for Mitratech and a lot of other organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
