What do you like best about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

CookieBot has been a great solution for managing cookie consent across Amgen's wide range of websites in US and OUS. As someone from DTI Web Team who handles adding domain groups, URLs, testing the cookies, I appreciate how user-friendly and efficient the setup is. What do you dislike about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

However, the interface for managing domain groups could be more intuitive, with better organizational tools and clearer guidance. Despite this point, CookieBot remains a critical part of our compliance toolkit, offering reliability and ease of use in a complex regulatory environment.Since we have been using Cookiebot data api I think they need to make updates to their API services. Cookiebot is fairly straightforward to implement and has a good support center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two separate logins for Usercentrics and cookiebot, which makes things confusing at times. Their support center/blog also have older articles with slightly conflicting info on e.g. deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
