The best things about this service is an easy integration and customer support. It's really easy to use, easy to implement (system does a lot by itself), and it has just the right number of features. Once you enter a paid plan there is now way to get out, even if you are back on limits that are within free plan. Support is not helping and interface is complicated - there are indeed two separate interface which you need to understand how to navigate in and where what to do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
