Userbrain is elegantly simple. Type in the goal you'd like the user to achieve. Then wait. Soon after, you can download a video that shows the user completing (or not!) the task. A user typically spends 8-15 minutes working on the task. That's why Userbrain isn't cheap, but it's absolutely worthwhile.
Downloading the video is the best part because it's easy to share with your colleagues. We actually have user testing video viewing parties, but without the popcorn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't experienced any problems. The customer service has been excellent — in the rare case we had a bad user test (user didn't meet our criteria), they quickly refunded the credit. I am fearful that they might remove the download-the-video feature, which IMO is the killer feature of Userbrain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
