We have been using Paragon to ship integrations to our customers at lightning speeds. The user-friendly dashboard makes it simple to create workflows and visualize how everything fits together. Additionally, the built-in frontend SDK makes it easy to connect with multiple applications. Overall, Paragon has greatly streamlined our process and made it effortless to deliver high-quality integrations to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the downsides of using Paragon is that the connecting portal is not yet fully customizable. While this is understandable as the product is still in its early stages. However, it is worth noting that the Paragon team is actively working on improving and expanding the product, and it is likely that customizability will be added in the future. Paragon has enabled my startup to focus on our core use cases while shipping critical integrations that our customers have requested along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike from what I've seen. Thoughtful product, and supportive team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that the Paragon platform is a native iPaaS solution built with iPaaS in mind from the ground up. Having evaluated other vendors in this space, I could see the value offered by a true iPaaS solution like Paragon. Besides, the platform uses a modern tech stack allowing seamless and quick integration/embedding with Paragon. The platform already has a good catalog of third-party integrations and an aggressive roadmap to add more. Finally, the team is highly responsive to customer feedback and agile in execution. The product is relatively young and doesn't have all the features for an enterprise customer. However, the team is highly committed to delivering any gaps on a priority basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Very hands-on and knowledgeable support team to help with initial set-up and ongoing questions
- Slick, simple and powerful product
- Easy to use, means we can focus dev resource on what's important Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would love for the Product to go towards the low-code / no-code use case to allow non-technical people to build deeper integrations. i.e. to be the Zapier for third-party integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was seamless and easy to replace our legacy Salesforce and Hubspot integrations using Paragon. We were able to get rid of two codebases, and have integrations that just work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to be able to modularize some workflow steps for reuse across several workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Debugging workflow is a bit tough via the UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Paragon has a great catalogue of available native integrations. I found very helpful the guidance and support for building our first integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It depends on the kind of integrations you're trying to build; if you need a particular type of native integration or functionality, it's not always possible to leverage what Paragon offers. For example, a Slack integration that notifies users of new messages in a specific channel; this integration is currently not possible via Paragon unless you implement some sort of workaround (like a scheduler that checks for new messages every x minutes/seconds) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paragon's price point and ease of integration (combined with support) are absolutely phenomenal. As a startup, we needed to be able to prove out a direct integration with Salesforce and HubSpot in order to move potential clients forward in the sales process, and having Paragon step in and get us up and at MVP within a week was absolutely stellar. So far, nothing. I do think the company is a bit young and has a few small bugs in the system, but their support more than makes up for it to a degree where it was still the obvious right choice for us. I would rather have a bug with tier-1 support (that implements a workaround for us immediately over a phone call) than an established enterprise that makes me wait a week, pay extra for time, or submit a ticket to the community. Paragon is cheap, easy to use, and reliable -- everything a startup wants in an iPaaS solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downside of using Paragon is not having as much QC on integrations for customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how it is straight forward to integrate with the users' favorite apps. The documentation is straight forward and you can have a working app in a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
