What do you like best about UsefulFeedback!?

The best thing is that this software has an integrated map, which shows exactly where the complaint is originating from. Not a lot of other softwares have this.

Apart from this, the UI is good and practical, you can see division of complaints through key words, so it becomes easier for the manager to segregate and assign work.

It also has an extremely good dashboard, so you can easily see who has done what work in your team.

One aspect I find about this platform is the sometimes slow loading times, especially when processing multiple feedback entries. Additionally, it requires little  amount of resources to operate effectively. For smaller businesses, the price may be a little higher, but it's definitely worth it. UsefulFeedack is information that helps me improve my actions or behaviors. The feedback also aims at providing helpful comments, advice and suggestions for improvement to employees to increase their productivity and support their professional development. Effective feedback should focus on the employee's work, behaviors, strengths and weaknesses, and not be an attack on their personality. It is very easy to impleent and use. Customer support is a great help. I quite often use this site. The amount of features are vast and more than enough for me to utilize. Integration is very easy. It may not be immediately apparent, but there are moments when I find myself questioning the source. bus it has data from past thus frequency of use keeps on dipping on a long term basis until new product is offered and there scope of improvement in customer support. With UsefulFeedback! we have been able to effectively simplify some of the challenges of receiving and handling customer feedback particularly complaints.
