I like that I can search for a range of independent contractor agreements, from consulting, sales, and self employment. The forms also have detailed delivery scope options from providing software support services to also hiring ecommerce vendors and website maintenance vendors. It would be nice if they gave an option to consult and or contact an attorney about using the template to make sure the verbiage and language are accurate per the specific use case.
