Upwork is a great opportunity to get clients all over the world. Very easy to search for orders, interact with the client. The work with orders and finances is conveniently implemented, a lot of all kinds of reports. Withdrawal of funds on the same day.

Is there a way to know more details about the project without submitting proposal?

It would be great if there would be a way to figure out more details about the project, before submitting the proposal. Sometimes the description is very confusing and as for example the job may take 10h or 100h depending on the details.
