The selection and ability to research talent is excellent. It helps finding the right person for the job significantly easier. You can check bio's that include past jobs and examples of the designers work. You can check reviews from the talent options. There's not much to dislike that I've found thus far. If I could make any improvements it would be to make list average pricing for certain types of jobs. Some of the jobs are harder than others to determine a fair amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides me with a side hustle where I can earn extra money as a freelance administration support assistant aside from my day job as a customer support agent.

I love that I can sieve through hundreds of job postings and send a proposal to my desired posting.

Upwork team is great at helping us source photography talent. Monthly team meetings are informative and a great time to discuss potential needs and address any changes that may arise over time. Access to transaction reporting is extremely useful when we're tracking our spend against budget. Upwork team is always welcome and susceptible to feedback, which is great. My feedback has been from an end-user standpoint. For example, team names getting cut off in filters on the transactions page. Terrence is already working with the team to address this and make improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well, it's a very safe platform that I can get my money without any manipulations. I can also reach various clients around the world from my home. I totally depend on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the High fees on projects and some clients don't like to pay fees also. Recently, Upwork makes us have to pay a connects so we can submit our proposals on the job posts. I think it was expensive for us to pay for connects also. But nowadays they told us that they will give us free connects if we get an invitation and the client accept our proposal so we win the job plus 10 connects free.. That was amazing! I find UpWork very simple to navigate and easy to use. Once you register, it's pretty straight-forward to open "work/assignment requests" , or to look for side hustle and gigs to do yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Transactions reports should be worked out at little bit better, for accounts purposes we'd need to extract all payments sent / allocated for jobs or for freelancers. Current reports are showing data for opened milestones, funded milestones and released milestones (creating some confusions for financial teams). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
