**What do you like best about Uptime Monitoring?**

Notifications happen within minutes allowing us to ensure Uptime issues have a minimal impact on business.

**What do you dislike about Uptime Monitoring?**

Can't say there are any, it's always worked as expected. Would obviously be nice to have things cheaper but still think it's fairly priced.

**What problems is Uptime Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can't watch the logs all the time so Uptime Monitoring is there to notify the team if and when our application is having issues. We receive an email and text and know to look and fix accordingly.

**What do you like best about Uptime Monitoring?**

The user interface is intuitive and integration/implementation couldn't be easier, and the service is extremely reliable. I also like the service page and incident reports. I've been using Uptime Monitoring for many years.

**What do you dislike about Uptime Monitoring?**

As a interface designer and web services engineer of over 20 years I cannot fault Uptime Monitoring.

**What problems is Uptime Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uptime Monitoring provides an unintrusive and reliable monitoring service for a wide range of use cases - from cron jobs and heatbeats to SSL and domain expiry. It integrates with Slack/Telegram/SMS/Email etc and also Web Hooks which is a feature competitors seldom provide.
