In the past we required extensive surveys and AB testing to get a sense of what products customers would like. Surveys often didn't reflect their actual choices once those products were rolled out and AB testing is complex to roll out, especially when it comes to smaller decisions. Upsiide has made it easier to test small changes in what is close to a live environment. That is what has provided most utility in my team.
