I appreciate the fast service, that I can also rely and depend on UPS to deliver my packages in a timely and safe manner. There are no damages to my packages when I receive them and they are always in tact. They are batting 1000 on not honoring written quotations and without valid, legal reasons. They could improve by accurately quoting the service or honoring the quotation. We've had multiple experiences where the written quotation was refused to be honored. Once such instance had a quotation vs invoice discrepancy of 10x and another one had a discrepancy of 2x. That's a $15k versus $7.5k. Furthermore, there was no attempt to try and honor the quotations both times, albeit one time they did knock off about 1%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You get updates every time your package switches hands, trucks, & places and once the truck is out for delivery they give you a general destination where the truck is that has your package. I like that I'm able to track my package, even if it's sent by "Standard Delivery," so I always know where it is and at what time it is set to arrive.
