In a few words Uprive is about being more efficient with automatic triggers and optimization rules to make the most of your ads. Limits are amazing, as an agency we can manage up to 500 ad accounts which is making it perfect for SMMA plus the no spend limit they have, 10 points for this. **What do you dislike about upRive?** It is still very young tool even if it is coming from another tool (The Campaign Maker) that evolved into Uprive and there are things I miss like moving campaigns from one account to another. Not being able to re-use campaigns from different account is a downside right now and hopefully they will add this option soon. Missing the email reports and the whitelabel analysis PDF for clients but it is something that should be coming soon. **Recommendations to others considering upRive:** I recommend to use this software for your campaigns as it will increase the chances of success. **What problems is upRive solving and how is that benefiting you?** My main advantage is the time saver, from one created audience you can split into 30 easily to be able to analyse clearly all the details and find out which ads work better to focus on that and replicate your winning audience, in a few words it helps me easily to find who, where, why and when about my perfect clients. ### 2. Running Facebook ads has always been something I've kept at bay, as I didn't feel like deep-diving into something I'd have to spend many hours learning the ropes. upRive takes away the barrier, all the while improving the results (and thereby cutting costs) and saving time. The team is also very responsive and helpful. (A crucial but often overlooked aspect when signing up for a service.) If something is unclear, just shoot them a message. You'll most likely be responded to with informative and helpful advice. **What do you dislike about upRive?** The documentation could do with an expansion, as it's a bit on the short side. Seeing as upRive has recently been re-branded, as it used to be called 'The Campaign Maker', I'm sure this is in the works. The tool assisted me in targeting and optimizing my ads to easily determine where my ads should go. Since Facebook Ads manager changes their interface frequently, its nice for a newby and even an expert to use. It also benefits more experienced Facebook Ads users for managing their creatives across various campaigns. **What do you dislike about upRive?** Nothing. However, since the system works natively with Facebook Ads API, it would still be nice to have the ability to add a Webhook to send completion data for each automation finish event. It's a nice to have. **What problems is upRive solving and how is that benefiting you?** With upRive, I can easily create Facebook and Instagram Ads. It also helps organize my creatives and copy to be used across campaigns. The benefit of upRive is to not hire an ad expert. ### 4. That said, once its in your creative library, you can use it. Another thing I don't like is that FB is always ahead of any software company leveraging the APIs of FB... New features to run ads always bring better results because FB loves testing out their own products for better insights. The UI and UX of UpRive are splendid. Besides the ever-changing UI of the Facebook Ad Campaign Manager, they have nailed the main issues and created unique solutions through Reusable Ads (social proof by reusing the engagement on an ad with other targeting and reusing the ad with different while split testing with different audiences the same time), eliminating audience overlap (so that you don't compete against yourself) and improving the targeting with much better filters. Samy seems to be always eager to learn through his customers and support them to create better and more cost-efficient Facebook Ads. It has been great to watch his journey. **What do you dislike about upRive?** The UI of "The Campaign Manager" has been confusing from time to time and lacked some features. UpRive hat been a huge upgrade, not only UI and UX wise. I can navigate through the interests and filter similar... until I reach the most exact interests for my ad. I like that I can use the same Reusable Ads, with the same comments and likes. I like that I automatically create an Instagram account for my Fb page. I like that it saves me many hours by creating all my ads with different headlines and different interests for the same ad. I like your simplified statistics. **What do you dislike about upRive?** I don't like that Reusable Ads can't be edited, even before publication if you make a mistake, you can't edit it at all... But when you communicate that to support they will schedule you to fix it soon. The interface is intuitive, but lacks elegance, but it works well and that's what matters. **Recommendations to others considering upRive:** Uprive is great and you shouldn't think too much about it, the support is also fast, and they are implementing features very quickly, they have a well defined road map and I see a lot of future in it. **What problems is upRive solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem is to publish split testing ads with a few clicks, until you find the winning ad. I was only beginning to learn the power of Facebook ads. I've seen my competitors using ads to great success but I had nearly no knowledge about them. And to be honest, I didn't have enough time to learn about picking out good categories, testing which ad copies are doing better. And overall, running a successful campaign. So I was looking for tools that could help me bridge the gap between my knowledge, and the results I'm after. When it started, I couldn't even navigate my way through the ad set up process. But with the help of this tool, I could set it up and go live within a few minutes, and even do advanced analytics of outcome. So I would say the best thing I've found is the ease of use. It will lead you all the way, you just need to be patient and supply the material. **What do you dislike about upRive?** The new UI is great, and I really like it. But when I started using the tool for the first time, I wish it was more user friendly. And I believe the new users could really do with some more in depth training and guidelines for the new tool as well. The knowledge base is very helpful, 100%. But I would say a step by step guideline for new users would be much better to get started with. upRive has a short learning curve, yes, but if I must pick something I dislike, or better say not like, it would be that. To be honest, there is very little that I could say I didn't like about the tool, if any. **Recommendations to others considering upRive:** Utilize the A/B testing feature to find the best performing ads. Do not use only one type of ads for a particular campaign. Start with several versions and spend a little money, then scale up with the best performer. **What problems is upRive solving and how is that benefiting you?** I did not have the budget to hire outside help to run my ads. I didnt have extra funds to take a trial and error approach in my campaigns. upRive solved both problems by providing a great tool that could do the heavy lifting for ad creation and narrow down my ads to the best audience. ### 8. Thats what i like best about UpRive is that i can monitor the performance of my campaigns by the hour and dont worry to spend so much on audiences that are not good for my goals. The Facebook ad interface is just...not great. It's not horrible, but it's not intuitive either. And sometimes, especially when designing reusable campaigns, it's just confusing. In general, it is very easy to use and to place the ads. Everything is very clear and similar to the Facebook itself. Samy, the guy behind it it´s the best. Whatever the issue, no matter how small, he answers quickly and directly. **What do you dislike about upRive?** I am not an expert in Facebook Ads, so I don´t really know if it actually saves money than placing the actual ads directly on Facebook. The idea is that with Uprive testing the ads is easier as it focus on the ads that are working. I haven´t done that much testing, so it´s really hard to know if there is a significant difference. **Recommendations to others considering upRive:** If you are and agency or are cosntantly testing ads and making changes to them and manage a high amount of ads, this product might be very helpful. Then either your ads perform better and you keep using Uprive, or you cancel after trial.
