Customer service sucks. Awful service and quality on their NCR books. Took forever to be shipped and then when I went to use them, they fell apart because they weren't binded. They only had a small glue strip so the pages all fall out. **Recommendations to others considering UPrinting:** Do not use if you want quality products!! **What problems is UPrinting solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed nCR forms but they failed miserably. ### 2. I was very wrong. The banner was extremely pixelated and they cut off half of our logo. I talked to customer service about receiving a refund and they said they would offer a full refund. I received an email later only to say they weren't going to process the refund and instead give us $15 off our next order. Being able to download the templates for individual products takes a lot of the guesswork out of formatting and completing the projects correctly for the printing and delivery. The customer service is above average. They concern themselves with the quality of their product and the satisfaction of their customer. From multi-page booklets, business cards, or custom design products with odd dimensions, they strive to meet the needs of their customers and focus on delivering quality products... from dream to concept to in-hand products. **What do you dislike about UPrinting?** Many times the shipping is a substantial cost added to the final product. While the products are fairly cheap, the shipping can quickly push you out of the budget. **Recommendations to others considering UPrinting:** Make use of the templates and customer support. Many times if something needs clarifying or is not correct with your design, UPrinting reaches out in person to remedy to problem. Don’t hesitate to reach out to UPrinting if you require custom products. They can cut, print and design anything and everything you need. **What problems is UPrinting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We print a variety of products with UPrinting which allows us to have consistent branding with everything that we present or send out. There Is more consistent order that happens on an annual basis and more custom products that require work with UPrinting designers and artists. The end result is a product that stands out in quality and consistency. UPrinting is someone we consider as a partner to our church and we continue going back and working with them to continue quality product creation. ### 5. The first order arrived complete, and timely. The quality was fine for the inside of the book. **What do you dislike about UPrinting?** Even with the first order, the booklets arrived bundled in rubber bands, and ended up with light scuffing. Not ideal, but liveable. We tried to order stickers from them, and currently are attempting to receive a full refund. They seem to reply only to negative public reviews, rather than emails addressing the issue. Poor customer service has been drawn out now for 8 days and with the count rising of the number of their team that I speak to, I feel more and more discouraged that they are concerned with quality. **Recommendations to others considering UPrinting:** Be advised, their suport team has not yet returned a pricing quote submitted a week or two ago- and as well, they will not be so helpful once an order is received if you are dissatisfied. My best guess is to contact them with no deadline or need for any help whatsoever if you will order with them. **What problems is UPrinting solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am currently hoping to solve an issue of finding a new supplier, as they will not respond in a timely or resolved fashion. We are a small business, and a successful one so it is clear that their concerns are limited. The lack of resolution around what 1/2 of their agents I speak to is the most upsetting part. 1/2 ask for the order information and the other 1/2 claim that there is not an opportunity for refund as resolution. As well, they ask for surveys to be completed after the emails (which speak for themselves). ### 6. Rather than having to use a standard printing company, I'm able to control my graphics with an online style application. Higher quality than standard consumer printing. **What do you dislike about UPrinting?** I've had some difficulty contacting and dealing with customer service. It takes awhile to get to the right person who can make things right. Once there though, the issue is typically resolved very well. **Recommendations to others considering UPrinting:** Definitely a good choice. I would shop pricing. Also be sure that your work is 100% correct and done by a graphic designer, if you're uploading completely original designs. There's a good amount of control but you need to understand how graphics and color work and will print. **What problems is UPrinting solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been able to keep control of my designs, colors, and all other graphics, while being able to control timing and without having to deal with sales people and account style printing. Benefits are price, control, and timing. Also ease of use. ### 7. I love how quickly it is to put together an order and ship. I've created last minute marketing materials that were printed in no time and ready for a work related event. If there was anything ever wrong with my order, Uprinting was contacted and sent a replacement/new order immediately at no charge. It shows how helpful and caring they are about their customers. Also, I love how many different items you can order - clothing, marketing materials, etc. **What do you dislike about UPrinting?** I've actually always enjoyed this website and don't have anything in particular I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering UPrinting:** Live Chat has always been great. If you have a question or need help, open up live chat to get answers quickly. They are resourceful and will be able to help. Also, create an account! All of your uploads will be saved if you want to reprint or redo an order. **What problems is UPrinting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Printing at home or in the office, using a lot of ink or bulk printing. It's nicer to send/upload to the site and get your finished product delivered within days. Also, going somewhere and getting everything at a one stop shop - marketing materials, tee shirts, magnets, banners, brochures, etc. There's a little bit of everything here. ### 8. Uprinting will always send you quick, free photo proofs of your item for you to approve. **What do you dislike about UPrinting?** One small thing I dislike is when ordering mailers you can’t only order them in even quantities. Sometimes I have an odd number of contacts and I have to decide to trim that list down or purchase a higher quantity option just to include everyone. I think the quantity should be customizable and specific to your needs. **Recommendations to others considering UPrinting:** Uprinting is a one stop shop that has quality and is affordable. **What problems is UPrinting solving and how is that benefiting you?** The mailer option has been so easy and affordable! ### 10. They can't get their logistics right and then pass blame to the client in order to escape responsibility for their mistakes **What do you dislike about UPrinting?** Their customer service. After sending the same busienss cards to multiple people with the wrong lersonas name on it, they refuse to reconcile the issue without 47 pieces of confirmed evidence. At this point we're going to have to call CSI to prove we didn't alter the tracking number. **What problems is UPrinting solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, all I have right now is a headache. We have used it for a few different projects and have been satisfied every time. So far I have printed brochures, promotional cards and hang tags. It's very simple to find what you are looking for and upload your own artwork/files. All of my orders have always been on time and arrived when I was told to expect them. **What do you dislike about UPrinting?** It's hard to use the preview feature when uploading predesigned work into their system. Unfortunately I haven't always had the time to wait for a pdf proof with my turn around time so I wish the previews were a little more clear and shown how they would actually look when printed. So far, this is my only complaint. **Recommendations to others considering UPrinting:** They offer so many options and I'm sure you'll find something that will fill your needs! The printing quality is very good and all of my projects have come out perfect! **What problems is UPrinting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to design and print a variety of projects with the ease of their online system. I trust their printing and would highly recommend them for any online printing needs. The turn around time is usually very quick, reasonable and always on time! I think when it comes to online printing companies this one far surpasses other companies we have used in the past as far as quality and printing options given.
