UpPromote has made it much easier for us to build and manage our affiliate programme directly through Shopify. The best thing is that everything is simple to track in one place: affiliate links, discount codes, commissions, referrals, applications, and payouts. It has helped us generate more revenue by making it easy for partners and affiliates to share our products using their own links and codes, while giving us clear visibility on where sales are coming from. The tracking, commission settings, affiliate dashboard, coupon management, and multi-level/network commission features have all been really useful as we grow. The platform is also straightforward to use, and the support has been excellent. Lina was kind, patient, responsive, and very helpful when guiding me through the setup. Some of the more advanced settings can take a little time to understand at first, especially when setting up multi-level commissions and email/domain authentication. Our previous affiliate platform was not up to scratch, and we had repeated problems with tracking, which made it difficult to know where sales were coming from and whether partners were being credited properly. That has not been the case with UpPromote. The tracking has been much clearer and more reliable, and it has given us a much better system for managing affiliate links, discount codes, commissions, applications, and payouts in one place. As a result, we’ve been able to generate more sales through affiliates and partners with far less manual admin.
