UpMenu helped us move a big part of our orders to our own website and branded app, which reduced commission costs and strengthened customer loyalty.

We run several locations, and managing deliveries used to be stressful during peak hours. The driver app and dispatch tools give us real-time control, so we can assign drivers quickly and keep delivery times consistent.

I also like the built-in marketing features. We launched loyalty rewards and simple promotions that noticeably increased repeat orders.

**What do you dislike about UpMenu?**

At the beginning, there’s a brief learning phase while configuring, mainly due to how customizable the system is. Once configured, it runs smoothly with little maintenance.

UpMenu gives us everything we need to run online ordering across our restaurant chain in one place. We use it for our website, branded mobile app, delivery management, promotions, and customer communication, so we don’t have to connect multiple tools. The platform is very intuitive.

What I like best about UpMenu is the ease of use combined with the number of features available in one system. **What do you like best about UpMenu?**

UpMenu gives us everything we need to run our restaurant digitally in one place. We have our own website with online ordering, a branded mobile app for customers, and a driver app for delivery, which makes day to day operations much smoother.

What I value most is the marketing automation and promotions module. It allows us to create targeted offers and campaigns without extra tools. Thanks to this feature, around 16 percent more customers are coming back and placing repeat orders.

**What do you like best about UpMenu?**

I have my own website with online ordering, and UpMenu has been a big part of making that work smoothly. I have been using the system for a year and it keeps getting better. The customer support is excellent. Whenever I have questions, they respond quickly and explain everything clearly. I also like how many features are included, and the delivery app and delivery dispatch tools added this year have made daily operations much easier.

**What do you like best about UpMenu?**

I have been working with UpMenu for four years and I would not switch to any other system because it combines a fast online ordering website, a mobile app and a reliable integration with Deligoo deliveries. Guests can place repeat orders in just a few clicks. The mobile app keeps our brand in the customers phone and lets us send targeted promotions and loyalty rewards. The panel is intuitive, so I can change items, photos and prices on my own.

The system has many options so the first setup of the menu and promotions took some time. The UpMenu team guided me through this phase and now daily work in the panel is simple and stable.

UpMenu is very easy to use day-to-day and the admin panel is intuitive, so updating the menu, prices, modifiers, and availability takes minutes.
