Me and my team used upguard to continuously monitor subdomains for the 3rd party amc company which we do VA and vapt assessment and this upguard tool has been great at providing us an overview of how our client external url's are secure in comparison to other amc clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IT is one shop for everything under TPRM umbrella, we can have complete inventory of our vendors, prioritize them, assess them based on internet security posture and for internal security posture, we can use the security questionnaire which are already created for multiple global standards or we can create our own based on contractual requirements. On top of it, we can have greate collaboration with vendors on real time basis to manage the overall TPRM product. It also provide great insight for internal organization like identitiy braches, news and security incidents etc.

Upguard is a great product to keep all of our data as safe as we can and to make sure all our or apps and other products are doing the same thing. They give us a monthly report on how are are doing and what we can do to improve our rating and they do they same for all the companies we work with. You get a clear rating, like a credit report. Great portal with a lot of information on all types of companies. Third party risk assessments are easy to configure and run. Breachsight is easy to identify breaches and notify users of the breach as well as how to assist them on it. Typosquatting is a part of the Breachsight program which keeps us up to date on sites that MAY be looking to take advantage of our company domains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Typosquatting is a litte aggressive on what they consider a typosquatting domain. Most of the risk assessment employees are based out of Australia so there is a 12 hour lag time between Eastern time zone and them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to get started but also quite powerful when you delve into the more advanced functions. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The licensing is also much simpler than many competitors as well as being competitively priced. UpGuard also deal directly with customers rather than forcing you to go through a reseller. Very little to dislike. There should be more information about how the ratings are calculated. For example, some "Critical" vulnerabilities seem to have a big impact on a vendor's score, while others are comparatively small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UpGuard is an excellent product that we are constantly tuning into our company's needs. It constantly monitors the company's security posture through various indicators. Both management and operations team make use of the product daily which provides insights into externally visible vulnerabilities and mis-configurations. It has a wide range of reporting and works super well with vendor management were security questionnaires can be stored securly and assists vendors with resubmission of questionnaies by pre filling answers based on previously enter responses (time saver for all).

There may be some effort required initially to set up vendor module and risk profiles but well worth it . There is nothing to dislike about UpGuard. The system is stable, secure and works well.

I use upguard daily to check on recent security news, breaches and get notified of critical alerts.

The whole implementation was easy and quick to setup. It took us an hour to get up and running and was importing our questionnaire from our previous system.

Their customer support staff are friendly knowlegeable and quick to respond when I reached out about a vendor that didn't show up, but they were able to quickly add it to the platform.
