We currently would like a feature that allows us to approve or reject the automated scanning feature built in and out of UpGuard, which scans for domains that may or may not be part of your domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI is simple, and clutter-free. I was not involved in the implementation of the tool, but the feedback I heard from colleagues was that it was a seamless and easy process. Customer support is efficient, friendly, and thorough. I use the platform daily in my role as a GRC analyst. The range of features is comprehensive, and it integrates well with our tech stack. The search feature can be confusing, in that it shows a large number of domains for a simple search term. Perhaps improve this, or at least provide an explanation of how best to use the search bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Besides giving us insight into our vendors environments who store our data, UpGuard's Identity Breaches feature of "BreachSight" is an incredibly valuable tool just on its own! This feature alerts UpGuard administration when a breach has taken place around the world, that included email addresses from our domain. One reason this is so valuable is that if a user whose email was caught in the breach also used their system password, now the bad hats have a way into our system. Two things come to mind when I think of Upguard. 1. The ease of use is amazing. Our team has added multiple users in the past year and walking them through the tool has been easy and effective. 2. Their support teams are always available and are willing to provide responses promptly. Another item that came to mind, is the ease of adding vendors for immediate review. One of the downsides of the tool is the lack of instructions for transfering a multi-factor tool. I had to transfer from one phone to a replacement and it was not very intuitive. UpGuard is easy to use and understand, quick to implement, has great customer support, and plenty of features.
