Easy to understand actionable information from regular scans at your fingertips. Different report types are useful.

It was very easy to setup and see results within 24 hours. You can get almost real-time scan results of targeted assets as you fix and test.

Customer support is quick to respond and helpful.

Because of our slower pace of change, we don't use UpGuard daily, but we do use it regularly for reporting.

They have addresses some of the filtering functionaly misses, but there are still UX hurdles to using Breach Risk at both an enterprise level as well as a domain by domain level. They seem to be less focused on the Breach Risk feature as whole and more focused on the Vendor Risk and Trust Center features (which we don't use) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Vendor risk assessment is easy to use module, and we can give ratings to the vendors according to their criticality i.e Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier3.

Typosquatting is also a good section to know and monitor the permutations of our domains.

The UpGuard is an effective tool, that gives us an Executive Summary, Risk Profile and, shares ratings, and creates reports. The best thing about UpGuard Open Scan is to give us Identity Breach, Typo squatting, and scores which helps us to understand where we are and what security measures and best practices we have to take to improve our security posture from the external world. Best thing about UpGuard is Vedor Risk management as we can manage and assign tiers to the vendors as per our work and the vendor's criticality.

We can also send questoinnaires to new vendors to check whether they meet our criteria or not so that we can decide whether we want to onboard this vendor or not.

We use this Upguard to monitor our whole organisation, this includes over 200 websites, the product is easy to use, my team all speak well of it and sofar we have not had any negitive feedback from our team on implemention. Upguard is an awesome vendor management platform. The ability to monitor our vendors security posture has been integral to our workflows as a security team. The platform has become part of our daily monitoring playbook.

Support has also been super helpful when we have had to reach out, and have solved all issues very quickly.

Integrations with other platforms we use has also been seamless. Was easily able to setup notifications to Slack.

Other members of my team also speak highly of the security questionnaires functionality. The absolutely love how much time it saves them.

In the News section there is no inudstry or country to filter on. When reporting I would use these as sources if they were applicable to the industry I am in or the country in which we operate.

The biggest frustration is the fact that when a questionnaire is assigned to a user, they automatically receive mail from UpGuard, which is unsolicited and essentially spam for them. I agree with receiving UpGuard emails and marketing for the administrators, but the temporary users who only have access to fill in a questionnaire should absolutly not receive marketing and other spam emails from UpGuard.
