**What do you like best about UpContent?**

The best part of UpContent thus far has been the clear and authentic communication. It has been so easy to talk with Scott and everyone on the UpContent team, I've always received timely responses, and all my questions are answered thoroughly and with care. The onboarding process has been clear and easy, and we have had Scott to walk our company through every step.

**What do you dislike about UpContent?**

We are still just beginning our use of UpContent, but thus far I have no complaints. It is a breath of fresh air to actually be cared for and valued as a customer compared to other programs we've used in the past.

**What problems is UpContent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need an affordable method of generating and posting content to our company's social media platforms with options to automate this process to free up our faculty. The program we had been using previously had poor communication and reliability, and it was costing our company to continue overpaying for the lack of service we were receiving. Upcontent has provided a platform for easy use, clear application, and effective marketing that our company has already seen the benefits of and enjoyed as we begin the process of onboarding.

**What do you like best about UpContent?**

Upcontent is a software that help us in searching for high quality content for our business. As this is a tool that work like a Search Engine for finding blog posts and articles online and also copy and paste it to our business social media platforms and website just in few seconds.

**What do you dislike about UpContent?**

Formaking up content work properly we need to create a new keywords for our business so that relevant articles can be found and used during the sales process. Also I found that sometime this software provides articles which are irrelevant and noncredible so all the content should be veryfied if downloaded through upcontent.

**What problems is UpContent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For enhancing the value of search engine optimization of my Google my business, we need lots of keywords and proper business articles to be post it on our page and website. So, that our page can be more optimised and more customers reach us and these all things can only be done with the help of upcontent in our business.

I appreciate the ability to find relevant articles on topics like artificial intelligence even if they are not current. The system is quite useful for older information retrieval. I also enjoy being able to select topics and sort them by relevance or publication date.

**What do you dislike about UpContent?**

{"I find some concepts within the software unclear, such as the difference between collections and topics, which creates confusion and affects usability.","I feel the information provided is outdated, failing to cover the most recent events and topics like those in daily newspapers. This limits my ability to stay relevant on social media.","I am disappointed by the lack of real-time, updated content, especially for topics that should have abundant fresh content, like popular sports teams.","I have to manually select which updates to share on social media due to the lack of current and comprehensive automated suggestions, which slows down my workflow."}

**What do you like best about UpContent?**

I like that we can source articles from UpContent in an organized way, so if we want more articles in a particular topic, it's easy to find them.

**What do you dislike about UpContent?**

There was a steep learning curve for the platform, which is hard for people who struggle with technology. 
Also, we had to refine the topics many times but it still doesn't catch all the industry news that we'd like to capture. I generally start with industry publications (which requires going to 25+ separate websites for news) and then checking UpContent for anything I missed. It would be great if UpContent found the majority of the articles and could serve as the first stop instead of the last. (And my team did work with an UpContent implementation specialist several times to refine the topics and collections.)

**What problems is UpContent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business wants to be very active on social media, especially LinkedIn, and UpContent has helped us achieve that.

Makes content curation easy, I can't imagine doing this manually. Easy implementation on our website and in our apps, and the result looks really good.

Some issues with things in our RSS feed not showing up.
Some interface design issues are inconvenient and don't make sense from an ease-of-use perspective.

UpContent has enabled us to track new emerging trends across multiple industries with sources selected from target geographies and publications. The team uses this regularly saving hours of work. UpContent's team are also responsive to feedback.

The system required time to set up, but through frequent use the algorithm learns which items are of use / interest. Loading times are sometimes slow, but this is understandable given the large quantities of data.

**What do you like best about UpContent?**

My favorite thing about UpContent is that it pulls in news articles based on key words and groups of key words from all over the internet and world. It doesn't have to rely on RSS feeds, etc., or for you to input sources into the system. This opens us up to more sources, some that we never even knew about. It therefore helps our newsletter stand out from its competitors by offering new stories (not the same ones everyone is "curating").
It easily integrates with Rasa.io which we use for the delivery of our personalized newsletters. 
I love that it offers a way to search Getty Images within the system to add or change a picture accompanying a story and it's very convenient to be able to edit the headlines and abstract in system too.

**What do you dislike about UpContent?**

I find the usability of the system a little difficult and not very user friendly. It is a bit complicated to figure out what combination of key words and phrases will get you the articles you really want to see and then it's a bit complicated to figure out to refine those results via the various filter Views. That being said, the customer service is great at hoping on a call and helping you adjust filters as needed. I still feel like it takes constant refining so as to not get the tiny city/town/village news sources we don't want but while also exposing us to new larger sources we may want. For us, it doesn't seem to be a "set it and forget it" system.
I still find that we are missing large stories from major news bodies (Reuters, NYT, Wall Street Journal) that I am having to add manually, which is frustrating. I want it to work better than it is but I am not sure if it is the system or my lack of time to dedicate to optimizing it.

It's helping us be able to find new articles from all over the globe using keywords and phrases that we enter without having to rely  on RSS feeds and manually entered news sources. That helps us differentiate our newsletters by providing articles and sources that our readers may not be regularly exposed to.

**What do you like best about UpContent?**

We use UpContent for almost a year now and are very happy with the features and functionalities. We mainly used it for curating content (blog articles from various sources in English and French) and publication of our website and within our monthly newsletter. The filters and RSS feeds we use as well as the possibility to customize the layout of content is great. Also the integration with other tools such as ActiveCampaign and Wordpress work well.
Finally, a big thank you to the CSM team and particulary Dylan who is checking on us on a regular basis and always provide detailed answers to our questions.

**What do you dislike about UpContent?**

The only think that would come to my mind would be pricing for one user and a couple of collections. Would be great to have a starting package slightly less expensive.

There have been a few times when things either aren't working like they should or I can't see some of the content we've uploaded or some of the channels that I should be seeing.

The functions are some of the least intuitive ones I've come across. Help articles can be more robust/informative as well.

The interface definitely has a learning curve but once you have things set up as you like, it's set-and forget.

No auto publishing option in the platform, but can solve that with Zapier.

I have enjoyed using UpContent. I use it to serve multiple clients in building their newsletter content. It is easy to use and the team is VERY responsive to any questions or concerns that arise. It was easy to intergrate with our mail service and implemented quickly. I use it multiple times per week!

After initial setup and fine-tuning (which takes no more than a few hours, max), the tool just _works_ without you having to go back and fiddle with anything: I get a constant stream of relevant content pieces, ready for me to share and talk about on LinkedIn every day if I want to.

Throughout the entire process, the UpContent team is right by your side, proactively offering support and help to get the most out of the use - even if you only pick the cheapest starter plan: The customer service is get here with a 15 USD/month SaaS product blows enterprise companies all the way out of the water.

There's literally not a single thing I dislike about this company or its product.

There is a ton of relevant content out there, but who has the time? UpContent finds the pieces most likely to be of interest to my target audience _and_ delivers them to a ready-to-go Buffer feed for me to read, write about and post.

In the past, we would have to manually look for news articles to populate our website. However, with Upcontent we have been able to dynamically show news articles that users actually want to see. This makes my life a lot easier. Also, the ability to track what articles users click on and show articles that are trending higher is a great feature.

**What do you dislike about UpContent?**

So far I do not have too many dislikes of this product. Some features that I would like to see added are. 

The ability to add custom CSS on the Upcontent portal. 
The ability to add hover states on the Upcontent portal. 
An option to add a read more button on the list theme. 
A few UX/ UI updates to make navigation easier.

**What problems is UpContent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have endless amounts of time to search the internet for articles that connect with a certain topic we are creating a campaign for. I enjoy how Upcontent will find articles on a specific topic for us to make our lives easier.

UpContent provides a platform to centralize and manage the curation of content for our brand ambassadors. It saves time by being able to send content directly to reviewers and third party management software. The team is always willing to help and customers support has been a great asset in determining what features we can utilize and how to optimize our experience. UpContent is now used every month to curate content and it continues to improve our efficieny.

We do sometimes have issues with links not fully converting to a set document and/or previously put in copy not appearing correctly. Integration can be a little tricky but the customer support team does a great job of supporting companies in doing so.

the only thing i would dislike that I came across is when creating an article in the publish section where shows who created content sometimes it doesn't tell you exactly who to give credit to or sometime when you grab an article link it has bug to where the title section the description section and the publisher section would be blank its a small bug that I recommend to fix

I think how it is easy to add each piece of content to a specific folder. Setting up automation for the emails to go out on specific days is really nice addition. Customer support is very helpful and very quick as responding.

At this time, we don't have any complaints. The current tool that we were using went out of business, and once we started with UpContent, it was a smooth transition on getting everything up and learning how to use.

The functionality to share within several social networks.
The use of the tool is right out the box. 
But to fully profit you may need to iterate and fine tune.

The UpContent software works very well - it delivers potential stories very quickly, and also provides useable content even in our specialist field. The best thing is that there are real people at UpContent who are prepared to get onto a Zoom call and listen to what you're looking for from the service - and help get it up and running too. This definitely made all the difference to Rocket Content when we were setting up a new website using curated content as the backbone.

**What do you dislike about UpContent?**

I found the system very efficient, and the searches are easy to set up - you can really play around with ideas. If I am really looking for something that might be added, then it would be great to be able to select which stories appear at the top of my feeds - or even to pin some to the top for maximum impact.

**What problems is UpContent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a content agency producing work in a specialist field. We do lots of research for clients, and wanted to harness this for a wider range of users. But we're a very small team so there's no way we can produce enough 'news' content for a whole website. We also didn't want to use freelance writers as they take time to brief and manage. UpContent provides the ideal solution - lots of content flowing in so it's always fresh; we're able to really pinpoint the specialist sectors we're looking at with the excellent search set ups; and we think we've built something different that we think will be useful to marketers, sales teams, product developers and engineers in our sector.

I can create searches for specific topics suited to what I need.  I can also set and monitor specific RSS feeds from where I gather the personalized content we need.  It also suggests sources based on the topic searches.  You can use some automation to publish to a collection page, you can also edit to add or delete specific pieces.  You can create various RSS feeds which you can use to post to social media, to an e-mail newsletter.  You can connect with third parties to email or social media campaigns... Versatility to select relevant content and publish in various ways certainly adds value.

**What do you dislike about UpContent?**

Had not found out about it before we lost Paper.li It does much more to drive traffic where we need it.  Regrettably, we tried another competitor whose system just crashed and burned right after the trial period.

Curating known sources, great content recommendations which feel personal, discovering content elsewhere through directed search topics that would have gone unnoticed despite using other several search mechanisms. It's helping me publish on multiple channels. Integration with third parties.

Customer support has been great as I have at times struggled with the on-boarding and gotten used to the interface. The UpContent team has made this transition easier.

I'd certainly like to learn more about the gated publishers you want to be sure are being discovered for you. We are also working to determine how to display more imagery from the publishers while also staying true to their image license requirements. 

If there are specific publishers that are more important to you than others, we'd love to hear about them in order to increase the value you and the team are receiving from UpContent.
