I love the ease of finding the relevant information and articles I am looking for. It's such an enormous time saver. By using a platform like this we have found ways to uncover the sorts of information and articles that we would have spent hours and hours to dig up the sheer volume of content that UpContent delivers with the click of a few simple buttons and input fields. Having found UpContent has solved so many time-consuming work issues that the thing we wish the most is that we had discovered UpContent sooner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found much that I'm not loving. I think maybe having some additional pricing options that would work a little easier as I scale my business. I would also like it if the subscriptions allowed for more topics per subscription level and also allowed for more of our team to have access. It would be cool if there were some walkthrough, in-use tutorials that could show us the best ways to optimally use the UpContent account to find faster solutions and answers to any questions that we have. The ability to hone in on the topic areas for my content. It provides me a way to curate rich content for all my followers and show them and demonstrate my expertise. For example when I curate a personal branding content profile feed, I see some great articles along the areas of personal development, branding, and one that will help so many of my followers or audience. I appreciate that I can design content for each of my different audiences and different targets in order to customize for them all the things they are dealing with and what they need to improve their experience with my own thought leadership personal brand. I can't control the timing of the posts as well as I'd like. Sometimes there are a few articles that get through are not necessarily aligned with what I want to do. It just takes some time to work on the curation and use the keywords and filters to make sure the content is curated properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like 3 things best. 1) The customer service. Not many products will escalate questions to the CEO to make sure you're taken care of. 2) The flexibility. Their dashboard or integration directly into social platforms or 3rd part solutions like Hootsuite. 3) The vast product range.
