Once you join and login to your Upcloud account the simplicity for getting started is top notch, all the tools and features you would ever need are laid out in a logical and easy to find fashion. Actions you take are instant but if you need advice or help everything is explained clearly so you can be sure you are implementing the correct feature for your requirements.

A little-known outside of Europe company in Finland is by far superior to its peers in terms of value, pricing, simplicity of use, and reliability.

I have two gripes, generally.

One is that the pricing went up in 2023, but I can understand why. The bigger issue is that they switched to euro, which makes it more difficult to convince my US partners to use it.

One area that could use improvement is its white-labeling capabilities. As a business that looks to offer seamless and branded experiences to our clients, the lack of extensive white-labeling features in UpCloud's services sometimes limits our ability to fully integrate and present these cloud solutions as our own.
