I use Univid for hosting webinars with partners globally, and I really find it to be an easy way to share and set up webinars extremely quickly. The whole platform is very intuitive, making the initial setup super easy. One thing that stands out is their support, which is quick and effective. I also love the Zapier integration as it's a huge plus, and the data on attendees after webinars is useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to get started and just run with it. We created a webinar with 80+ attendees without any prior knowledge of webinar structure. We used their features to manage Q&A and voting. I love that it was as easy as having a google meet.

We've burnt through 3 other alternatives but feel we've finally found what works for us. Setup is quick, branding looks clean and is very customizable, and i love the level of interactivity we can use to actually create fun webinars. It is a very easy tool to get started and to create webinars with. It gives ut the professional yet playful appearance we seek, and we can easily interact with the attendees. We now host webinars every month, witch is much more than before! The customer support is also awsome: fast and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since they are a fairly new startup some features are missing, such as media library and easier handling of attendees (like more statistics without downloading a spreadsheet). But they are constantly developing the tool (media library or similar is on the way) and are eager to hear of suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall ease of use!

Everything with Univid has been straight forward and even though there are minor "nice to have" changes that I would like to see implemented - The "needs to have" are already there in place which makes the overall experince really good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love the ability to customise the webinar layout to fit our brand but this also creates a urge to be able to customise even more than mainly colours and bakground image. Maybe a bit greedy but I would like more customise options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to get started with and great onboarding from their customer success manager. Once everything is set up it's easy to follow the same template and set up new webinars. Many customizable settings to match our visual idenity and make it feel like our brand. The support team is super fast and competent, they always try to find a way helping you when needed. I would be nice to be able to customize the emails a littlebit more. And showing more of the description on the landing page - but I know that they are currently on improvements for this page. Other than that, we've been very happy with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is visually pleasing, both for admins and viewers. We really like the reactions, where the participants can use emojis to react to the presented content.

And of course, the ease of use, it takes me 30 seconds to create a new "ready-to-invite" webinar.

The platform lacks the possisbly to share controls of uploaded presentations, but i understand thats in their roadmap (?), either way, thats not a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up and hosting webinars with Univid is easy and quick, even for those who haven't worked with webinars before. Their customer service is extremely helpful and prompt in addressing any questions or problems you may encounter, whether during the setup phase or even during your live webinars. As we frequently host more extensive webinars, ensuring everything runs smoothly is crucial, and Univid consistently delivers on that front. Additionally, their integration with Hubspot is running smoothly and has saved us a lot of webinar admin time.
