For my company, the user friendly interface is one of the most important advantages. In a much decentralized organization (with more than 25 locations), it is important that the end user can start using the software without any particular training. One thing that I do dislike is that unfortunately, due to the fact that our parent company moved to a new ERP-platform, we had to switch to another, and much poorer, travel & expense system. They can start their expense report on travel with the use of mobile phone to take picture of receipts.
