What do you like best about Unit?

Unit enables us at Covercy to offer full transactional banking services in the US to our customers, including =opening of FDIC insured bank accounts, holding of balances, executing payments, issuing cards and more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unit caused significant harm to our business – look for other BaaS providers"

What do you like best about Unit?

Unit's APIs are easy to integrate and it was a quick onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unit?

On balance, our experience with Unit caused significant detriment to our business. For example, we asked their team to provide a list of the types of compliance requests we might need to handle. After multiple reminders over weeks, we received no response. Additionally, arbitrary policy changes by our partner bank resulted in the account closures of our legitimate customers causing frustration and significantly impacting our revenue. Unit's business model is fundamentally misaligned because they cater to their partner banks more than to you as an end user. I would strongly recommend anyone considering Unit to consider other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
