Nothing but I see some points to upgrade like automatically categorizing emails according to leads reached. Some contacts may deserve particular attention to the sender's message visibility and I would like to identify them easier, ideally in an automated way. I would like as well to find WhatApp communication management additionally to the SMS

I have been using unisender since feb. 2021 now, and I really belive that the platform is perfect. 1: pricing: I never found cheaper for such good quality sending on internet (probably sendpulse, but it's more expensive) 2. Email verification set: very accurate results, I think that it's based on the previous sendings of the servers. 3. support: they do not have chatbots, they have online chat support available 24/7, whoch is really great.
