Uniqode Pros and Cons

Very easy to create a QR code quickly, easy to update the dynamic QR codes and have access to lots of data around scans to see how well the QR code is doing compared to others Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As Digital Marketing Specialist I've been tasked with finding a good QR code generator, which would allow us to generate dynamic QR codes - some thorough reserach done on the market has led me to Uniqode. Having a nice talk with Senior Account Executive regarding a higher plan than I'm currently using has confirmed me that Uniqode "has it all" for our company's needs. For now we're using the Uniqode Pro plan, but it might change in the future, as we're still in demand for QR codes.

What is great for me so far:

- ease of use

- comprehensive, but still user-friendly editor with multitude of functions and customization options

- high usage limits - we still use the lowest paid plan and we still have enough resources for now

- good pricing - 1-year subscription is well worth it

- excellent support - any issue I've had with registration has been solved in less than 1 business day, mostly in 1-2 hours

- great set of codes' statistics - it's still amazing how much we can find out in just a QR code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing for now - the experience so far is great, I don't think there will be any issue for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use the lowest paid tier, so this may just be something we don't pay for but we''d like the ability to choose which information appears on dashboard. We frequently have contests based on QR code responses by date and it's a little clunky to get the information I need for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of having my QR codes at Uniqode is the person al attention I receive. The customer service staff is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly obtainable. They are easy to contact, and these days that is rare for most other companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, so good. I've been with Uniqode for about one year, and I have thousands of codes. I am fortunate to have had them this year when I ran into some Internet/linking issues that they helped resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is very user friendly and I especially like some of the design features for QR codes (though we have just started experimenting with this) and the ability to bulk upload Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love to have a way to easily retire older codes but maybe archive and then reuse them. We are a non-profit so I need to keep costs somewhat low but we have the need for dynamic codes all the time. It would be great to keep a reference on what we did use a code for in one project even if we recycle that code for something new later on... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support is good but there is a slight delay in time in the chat. I also wish there was an in-between annual option. It goes from just a few QR codes (3) to bulk (50+) in very large amounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uniqode is incredibly user friendly and intuitive.. I use it almost everyday and the data provided is comprehensive and well organized. I've tried competitors and the easy choice is Uniqode.. I have been with them since they were Beaconstac and feel like they only continue to improve. I log in, create my codes and boom I'm done. No friction whatsoever. I have yet to use customer service because I have never had a problem after years of use. Allows me to create limitless robust marketing campaigns and have data to back it up. I don't really have any negatives.. maybe they could add a pricing platform between Lite and Pro but other than that I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
