I don't have to carry business cards and new people i meet really appreciate the fact that all of my information can be added as a new contact at the touch of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You have to scroll down to find the "create new contact" button, so it's not readily apparent that my contact information can be automatically added to the recipient's contact list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how user friendly the platform is. It is easy to create and monitor all of your qr codes and digital business cards, and the analytics are easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do wish there was a little more info about my account, like how many QR codes I have used and how many more I have available. The same thing goes for link pages and digital business cards. It would also be awesome if they had an app. there is an app out there, but it doesn't let you log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is a game changer with the Beaconstac QR codes. Make the life of your customers super easy with this tool and benefit in terms of professional attitude. Easy to use and to configure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I could not find any weak points regarding the QR codes. The process is intuitive and you do not need to be an expert to create tour first Beaconstac visit card Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a new small business, I was worried that I didn't have the technical expertise to create a QR code. But Beaconstac took all those worries away, as I quickly built my first QR code in minutes, and the ability to change the code on the fly is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found a downside yet in the 7 months I have been using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm fairly new to this so I have not run into any issues
The location tracking isn't always precise as it's IP rather than GPS based (mainly due to how modern phones assess location) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did a fairly thorough analysis of the competitors and found that Beaconstac had by far the most the most functionality. My main use case is tracking QR codes for my print campaigns, and they provide opt-in GPS and IP-based location tracking, tools to make UTM parameters easy, and also a wealth of native things QR codes can lead to, like Landing pages and forms built within beacon stack. I've hardly even started to use these things yet. I may in the future. Another key reason I went with beacon stack is I'm confident I can grow with them as the higher plan levels have API access and GA/Pixel integration and retargeting, and there's a module for make.com, my low code integration platform. So while the plan I'm on now is very affordable at $15 a month, I'm confident that when my business grows, and I can afford $50 a month, there will be tons of automation and scalability ready for me to leverage. None so far! Everything about the core functionality I'm using is awesome. The one thing I wish landing pages had is the ability to upload custom fonts. They already have hex code input for my brand colors which is awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far our favorite features of Beaconstac has been the Dynamic QR codes. We are now able to print physical promotional material for conferences and not have to worry about creating sticker patches for updated QR codes. We can print one version with a dynamic code and change the landing website link in the backend with Beaconstac. We are very eager to explore the other features like the Linkpage and digital business cards. Their account interface on their website is very user friendly and modern. So far in our usage of Beaconstac we have not run into anything we dislike. So far it seems that the Beaconstac team is very receptive to input and suggestions of improvment, which is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Dynamic QR codes and time-saving tools are what I like the most about Beaconstac's service. There are many applications where dynamic codes are helpful so you can update the URL without creating a whole new QR code. Not to mention the bulk upload and design templates save so much time. Their plans and pricing tiers are certainly a drawback. Our organization could benefit from some excellent pro features; however, they are only available in the expensive "Plus" and "Enterprise" plans. For example, custom domains and multi-user access. We would like to have those features without purchasing 500,000 scans that we will never use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
QR codes give all useful contact information of the business card user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Options to be available to be saved in the phone after scanning the QR code. Currently all info to be saved, not able to personalize info to be saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy the user-friendly and organized Beaconstac website. Once I created a template, it was simple to build more QR codes quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When the user scans the code, I do not like it showing "QR Codes Pro." I believe the membership should include the ability to customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a public speaker I like to use various methods to engage the audience. Beaconstac allows me a quick and quality way to convey material creatively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a limit to the size of file that I can upload to the QR code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
