unily is really an easy-to-use tool and gives us very good tools that facilitate communication between all team members, thanks to this platform we can count on communication tools such as instant messages, file and document sharing, video and audio conferencing with great audio and video quality. Our CMS has been extremely unreliable. We have had several issues take weeks to figure out. Unily does not appear to have the expertise in syncing with Sharepoint. Other seemingly simple issues -- regarding functionality that the site is supposed to have -- often take weeks to resolve. As a smaller company, we wondered if perhaps the problems we experienced with their product were prioritized behind larger clients. We delayed our launch for two months due to technical issues with Unily, and we feel the issues could have been resolved much more quickly if we were a priority.
