**What do you like best about Unify?**

I like that Unify has been great overall and appreciate the amazing support from Max, Haya, and Anne in building our instance. They have been incredible to work with. The ability to create audiences based on website activity or product events is invaluable, as it allows us to trigger campaigns off those actions. Even though initially setting it up was pretty complex due to its vast capabilities, the support has been awesome in helping with it.

**What do you dislike about Unify?**

There are some quality of life things that are missing around navigating through the product. Sometimes it's hard to navigate through multiple folders or find some of the functionality. It's there but hidden sometimes.

**What problems is Unify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Unify for outbound sequences and product triggers to the sales team. It helps us reach prospects showing high intent via email. I value creating audiences based on website activity or product events for triggering campaigns.

I really dislike Unify because the tool simply does not work. Everything needs improvement, especially their plays which are terrible. Prospecting is a 0/10, since it finds more outdated profiles than active ones. I'm getting a lot of prospects who left the company like 3-5 years ago. Their phone number enrichment is very bad, and the integrations with other tools like Salesforce are horrible. Unify just creates more chaos than ever before that I have to clean up because they don't know how. The initial setup was not easy at all and just created a mess in our CRM, and it's now taking us more than 3 months to figure this thing out.

I use Unify for sequencing and enrichment in B2B outbound sales.

I wish I could more easily see which campaigns have people in progress. I came into a set up where Unify was already implemented but the previous champion left and untangling it has been difficult.

Although support has been great in helping me untangle the issues!

I'm a sucker for a beautiful UI and Unify hits that easily but obviously, there's more to it. It's very easy to use, the AI agents work very well and you can set up outbound motions based on traffic and intent in 5-10 minutes.

I would have liked the outbound part to be multi-channel and there's a workaround to it with zapier but that's probably the one thing.

We've set up unify to basically run inbound-led outbound on auto-pilot. Whenever a lead comes on our website, Unify knows, looks for the right buyer persona, has AI agents to qualify and pushed them to a sequence based on what the AI agents come up with.

**What do you like best about Unify?**

Unify is a very powerful tool because you can really create marketing/sales outreach for highly targeted audiences - using intent data - in a matter of minutes. The amount of work you take is a fraction vs. other platforms, so you can reinvest the time to interact and test more, and be more strategic in your outreach.

Opportunities for new nurtures are endless. Set up is quick. Customer Success team is strong and quick to solve your needs.

**What do you dislike about Unify?**

Unify is still working on adding more advanced funcionalities, such as a/b testing capabilities or a personalizable way to track attribution to sales. Honeslty, their gaps don't get in the way of delivering an impressive experience.

With a small team, it allows us to be deliver a thorough demand capture/sales acceleration strategy with little efforts and high propensity to impact pipeline.

**What do you like best about Unify?**

We have identified >10k companies hitting our website in month 1 of using Unity GTM. The accuracy of the data is great. We have begun to sequence target audience segments and the efficiency of that first touch is game changing.

We are an agency helping clients with Marketing Automation, so to see improvements from a well tracked website with ~20k unique monthly visits was surprising to us.

We have been delighted with the fast feature shipping since we went live, it adds significant depth to the core functionality that we purchased for.

The tracking is easy to account for and begin simple, fast sequences from known high traffic areas of the website.

Me and my CEO review the company list near daily to check in on the warmth and type of company visiting - this drives a feedback loop with marketing content to address more definitive perceived needs in target accounts.

**What do you dislike about Unify?**

The onboarding experience is light touch. We may have opted for a self onboard, I can't remember. The documentation helps but is not that comprehensive.

**What problems is Unify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding new warm leads, target accounts - saved thousands versus a data platform (Apollo, Zoominfo, Cognism) 
Getting a first touch fast - being "firstest with the mostest". 
Syncing data to CRM in a really seamless manner. 
Notifying my outbound team when actions have been taken by unify and when to connect again with a contact or an account based on profile/persona and other ongoing outreach activity.

Identifies the company domain of about half of our web traffic. Setup of this was very easy.

The "Plays" feature combined with "Agents" lets us qualify prospects to our specific ICP (e.g. we don't have to rely on generic industry or headcount categories).

When we outbound to companies showing high intent we're seeing 80% open rates and 5% reply rates, vs 30% and <1% for cold outbound.

Doesn't natively integrate with Attio, which is our CRM.

Unify has alot of smart things I haven't seen in other email platforms. The ability for Unify to detect visitors, send automated plays, and auto prospect from target accounts is awesome.

They are still new and lacking some features you'd expect in an email automation tool. For example A/B testing is not built in.

I appreciate that Unify brings together all aspects of sales prospecting and outbound into a single platform. Rather than paying for multiple tools, I can rely on Unify to handle everything I need for my outbound strategy. Their data is also more accurate than other providers I've used, and it's incredibly easy to use with a much simpler implementation process than I've experienced elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about Unify?**

The only major downside for me is the pricing. While it may be competitive with similar tools, as a small business owner, their pricing model doesn’t quite fit my budget. I would suggest offering a "small business tier" to make it more accessible for companies like mine.

My goal is to build a strong pipeline of leads, maximize outreach, and track key metrics like email open rates and website visits. Unify has addressed all of these needs, simplifying my sales process and saving me significant time along the way.

**What do you like best about Unify?**

I love that it's basically enabled me to run warm outbound end-to-end without having to constantly corral members of my sales team, and I can do it from the comfort of my couch and execute a new playbook within an hour.

Prior to this, I would have to build something manual thru multiple systems and then beg the sales team to manually update sheets and reports which just caused friction and room for errors all over the place.

And in the first month, we secured half a dozen opportunities which paid for the tool... and the only thing the sales team needed to do was to respond to emails where prospects wanted to meet.

This tool allows them to focus on their work while it runs in the background generating leads, emails, and meetings... and I hop into the tool about once a week for a few minutes to make sure everything's running smoothly which allows me to focus on the other programs I manage.

The customer support has been great too. We have a shared Slack channel, the team is incredibly responsive, hand-holds me thru challenges, and will fix things for me if I don't have the bandwidth to do it myself. This isn't a platform where you submit a ticket thru some archaic system and it goes in a blackhole for a week with an automated response from a machine pointing you to an outdated help page from 2017.

**What do you dislike about Unify?**

Unify is a newer product but they're iterating and shipping quickly so most of my challenges have been addressed or in-process, like a centralized dashboard where I can keep track of playbook status and performance at a quick glance.

Another one they've been improving on is better administration tools as I orient to not having the sales team log intomthe product as I want them to focus on their more impactful day-to-day activities while I run these playbooks in the background thru their emails.

Unify automates warm inbound effectively improving the ROI on all of our other channels that drive traffic to the site that has not been captured via form fill.

I love the ability to build as specific of audiences as I want, to give me the grannularity that is missing from so many other intent platforms. Has been incredibly helpful to even segment page views and action what is serious intent and what is fluff.

At an early stage startup where time is invaluable, automatic engagement with warm leads and other employees at target companies is one less thing that needs to be tackled. Warm engagement typically requires a huge time investment.

**What do you dislike about Unify?**

Unify doesn't offer the individual de-anonymyzation of platforms like Retention. Integrations with Hubspot previously didn't exist but this looks like it will change shortly.

We've seen Unify consistently book meetings with warm leads that otherwise would have gone cold. The team is responsive and improvements/fixes are handled in no time. The upcoming product roadmap is also exciting.

The team. Easily the best support and team I've ever worked with. The platform gets better every week. I don't know of another tool that can deanonymize website visitors, prospect for relevant contact, enrich those contacts, then run automated sequences using multi inbox rotation easily within a single place.

The UI and search functions aren't best in class yet but they're young and are constantly improving.

Ability to automate sequences based on user-action and persona. We started to see results in just a couple of weeks.

We are early customers and there are bugs every now and then but the Unify team is quick to fix and easy to reach on Slack.

I like how Unify provides insights and intent that you would also learn using tools like 6sense or Rollworks, and utilizes AI to trigger messaging that are delivered in a timely manner.

Sometimes these automated messages come from me to people that are already scheduled for a meeting. Luckily the prospects haven't minded or called me out on it just yet, but it can make me appear like I'm not on top of my cadences.

Unify automates away a lot of the manual, tedious tasks my reps were spending too much time on while prospecting. It also allows us to act quickly with high intent data of companies visiting our website. It was also super easy to implement and we were getting value within the first week.

We have a very lean team and no longer has dedicated SDRs. Unify allows my reps to have the outbound volume of a full-time SDR, at a fraction of the cost and time. The best part is that it allows us to focus our outbound efforts on high-intent companies that were on our website and the speed of Unify allows us to target them within 15 minutes of being on our site. They also have a lot of great tools that automate list-builiding for companies that were not on our site.
