**What do you like best about Insightly Service?**

The best thing we have found about using Insightly is the ability to remind us when to re-connect with our clients. We have found this so beneficial for our follow-up program. I have to mention the wonderful customer support we recieve from Insightly. Anytime we need to figure out an issue all we have to do is contact them. They have set up trainings, responded quickly and assisted with any questions.

**What do you dislike about Insightly Service?**

The downside of using Insightly is learning ALL of the things it can do! There are so many features that we have not mastered all the possibilities.

**What problems is Insightly Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insightly has helped us with follow up with our clients who have left residential subtance abuse treatment. We are able to keep a continuous contact schedule to keep them 'connected' and remain in recovery. We are able to keep all the pertainent information on them we need, keep all contact notes, keep track of them in the 'pipeline' towards the goal of a year in sobriety.

The tool is user friendly. It's also easy to understand and use.

Probably the customer service? Maybe it was just bad timing on my part.

**What problems is Insightly Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly helpdesk and automation. We also use it for lead generation.

**What do you like best about Insightly Service?**

In this insightly are combines CRM and project management functionalties in one platform.This will help for our business that want to streamline their proccesses and have a centralized system for managing customers relationships.It often orders of customization options,allows businesses to the software to their specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Insightly Service?**

This software interface updates can sometimes lead to confussion to relearn certain aspects of the platform.While it will give us mobile app then we found that app's functionality is not robust as the desktop version.

**What problems is Insightly Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we often struggle with maintaining accurate and organised customer data while insightly's CRM capabilites will allow us to centralize and manage customer information,cummunications history helping our business stornger relationships.When we create some reports manually than isightly reporting and analytics features enable us to generate data-driven insights and reports.

In a project planning and soliciting clients straightforwardly, we can track the relationship between clients and customers.

I have an issue with the data and security because two-factor verification is not available after the enterprise level, Enough of a reason on its own to seek alternatives.

It helps with building customer relations, In my company few clients are using CRM patterns so they told us to implement CRM in our client servicing team.

For all of my projects it doesnt give a view of how many they are all named but i would like if ther is numbers by them without having to manually count.
