We have found this so beneficial for our follow-up program. I have to mention the wonderful customer support we recieve from Insightly. Anytime we need to figure out an issue all we have to do is contact them. They have set up trainings, responded quickly and assisted with any questions. **What do you dislike about Insightly Service?** The downside of using Insightly is learning ALL of the things it can do! There are so many features that we have not mastered all the possibilities. **What problems is Insightly Service solving and how is that benefiting you?** Insightly has helped us with follow up with our clients who have left residential subtance abuse treatment. We are able to keep a continuous contact schedule to keep them 'connected' and remain in recovery. We are able to keep all the pertainent information on them we need, keep all contact notes, keep track of them in the 'pipeline' towards the goal of a year in sobriety. ### 2.
