Unanet does not do their own implementations, you use one of their suggested providers. These groups do not have the most accurate knowledge on the system since Unanet does updates frequently. As well, if there is a problem its is days for them to reach out to Unanet for guidance. When I run into any issue or can't find what I need in the Knowledge Center, I can reach out to Unanet support, set up a call, and their team always has a solution. The customer service is responsive and actually helpful. That was not my experience with my previous solution. With my previous solution I felt like every issue I had was another opportunity for them to drain us of more money.

Saved report criteria with shortcut menu. The functionality to create saved report criteria, quickly access it from a side menu, and share that with other users is something I find very useful.

Dashboard approval summaries and approval email notifications. The dashboard approval summaries and approval request email notifications help me keep up with approvals in a timely manner.

What I like the most is that Unanet openly accepts improvement requests from users and they frequently incorporate those changes in the near future. More often than not, I think of a change I would like to see and it shows up before I think to submit a comment about it.

The import and export functionality using spreadsheet templates is something I frequently use.

While all solutions have their downsides, Unanet Gov Con is not excluded. I dislike the report formatting. Visually it is okay, but the standard reporting format cannot be changed. It seems there is alot of functionality that I figure out how to use. I would like to have more small classes or tutorials on how to do one simple thing.
